I hesitate to write this review, because if it ever becomes common knowledge how good he is, I will have to wait even longer to book appointments! :-) He is going to a cash-pay, no insurance or Medicaid model - and absolutely worth it. ...and I have found most medical offices to be mediocre at customer service, but his office is a happy exception to the rule. Even if you can't travel to see him his website is cosmetically mediocre, but substantively superb. You might just save your life spending several hours there.

The 1st visit he was impatient, and rapid. He made a comment about how he didn't know much about my mom; ok I get it, 1st visit. But, the 2nd visit, where he made that same comment, was unacceptable. The reason being, he ordered lab tests, and her medical history, that he did not receive. Unacceptable!!!! My mom had to take and send these requested labs... Then, to drive from Detroit, MI, to Toledo OH, for a follow up, and you don't have the pertinent information in front of you?????? And your Office did not bother to inform your Patient????? Or make the easy, necessary attempts to obtain this information. You had over a month, and you dropped the ball!!! That speaks volumes.... I hope you consider what you are doing and not doing. Disgusting, and shameful, as a person who is supposed to be interested in the well-being of your clients. Lastly, which is petty, let's not fail to mention that the doctor acts as though he is on a stimulant. He was all over the place both visits, in some sort of anxious state, and cut my mother and I off several times. 100 thumbs down.
