Several times he would not respond to our text messages asking when he would be here, and we had no idea when he planned to show up day after day. We prepaid him for work that was not completed, and there were many broken promises over several weeks as to when he would be here to finish the work. We could not get a firm completion date from him. His subcontractors have contacted us for money as we are being told by them that they never got paid, however we did give this money to Ben who hired these folks. Very disappointing experience as we tried to be flexible with our schedule and work with him. In the end, we needed to let him go so we could get someone in to finish up the work for us.

Preferred Quality worked with the insurance company and MULTIPLE other contractors to get my job completed. They set up the removal and reinstallation of solar panels. It was done on the day they said. After the removal, the roof was done in ONE DAY. My home is over 4,000 sq feet so this was a large job. Gutter contractor came as they promised and gutters were installed with one day. All debris was cleaned up. Roof and gutters look great and make the home a lot more attractive.
