Before I took the car for another drive, I asked to take it to a mechanic before purchasing. Tammy- to her credit- had no issue. After taking it on another test drive (with some car enthusiasts) we had some questions about the car. The windshield had a small crack and the safety sensors were over acting. Also there were snow tires on the car, after I was told I would get new tires. When I got back and asked about it, they told me they were not snow tires. THEY HAD A SNOWFLAKE ON THEM?! And then said "oh well I put new tires on the front." Jim, the other business owner, came out yelling and drove the car away from me and said he wasn't selling it. He almost HIT my sister with his car because he recklessly drove away. He threw a tantrum, making me, his CUSTOMER cry. (I was having a bad week). While I was upset, he confronted my little sister who tried to hold him accountable. He was outraged that I wanted a second opinion on the car. Clearly this business takes critiques as personal. You cannot ask a question about a car without them getting defensive. They attempted to sell me a car that had issues that I validly asked questions about! They SCREAMED at me when I asked one too many questions. Update: the owners are trying to take this review down. They clearly can't handle criticism.

This is a known issue - this generation truck HATES aftermarket security systems, and it was causing all kinds of problems, so we asked Toads to remove it. He was familiar with this issue, also said he'd look at the starter, and would let us know. I don't know what time he starts work, but he called us to pick up our truck at lunchtime Monday (we dropped it off Sunday night.) Let me tell you, the cost was BEYOND reasonable.
