(I know they typically take vacation after April so I didn't think much about it) THEY FORGOT! She did it in a hurry to meet the deadline. I paid over $500 for my taxes to be filed. Fast forward to July 2024 and I find out they failed to file completely. I got a letter from state. I have called and emailed with facts and the letter. I called corporate. No action. Now it's October and the owner refused to contact me. Has not refund my money or call me back! Furthermore, I paid over $900 for 2022 taxes before I found out. I took another look at them and Rick completely messed up my tax return with information I never gave him, misrepresenting my income and not taking deductions or depreciation. I sat down with him to correct everything but I took it home and took my time combing through and he still missed a lot - didn't claim many deductions, office expense, and my vehicles. So I had someone else complete them. I have just asked for him to make it right with a refund. I owe penalties for 2022 and haven't even asked for that. Just give me my money back. No response. Filing IRS misconduct report.

After looking for several weeks and reaching out to a few, it was Phuong's rapid response (by email and phone) and his kind demeanor that helped make my decision. Overall, working with Phuong was straightforward. After agreeing on an estimated cost, Phuong invited me to a secure portal to upload all of my documents. Alongside, Phuong provided a checklist to help guide all of the files/info that you should consider uploading. This was very efficient and helped expedite the process. From beginning to end, it took only a few weeks. It would've gone much faster, but I was delayed in uploading documents, so I caused the delay.
