I worked with Daniel Findling for 4 months during which time he did not much more than bill me for mistake after mistake (including drawing up a primary parenting time and child support document that had my name and my spouses name wrong, the incorrect name for my spouse, an incorrect ATTORNEY for my spouse, and even more egregiously, had me listed as the defendant when I was, in fact, the Plantiff and Daniel's client. Since properly and professionally terminating my relationship with Daniel Findling's office I have made repeated (5+) attempts to contact the office including both by phone and email. I have had ZERO response; ZERO acknowledgement that they have received my emails or my voicemails. I submitted a formal complaint to the BBB and the conducted their own attempts at contact as per BBB procedure. They too received zero contact, zero response, zero acknowledgement. Mr. Findling should lose his law license, but in the meantime, protect yourself and absolutely do NOT use this firm.
