Checkin on kiosk. Get your ID bracelet for every single appt. Then you will most likely wait a few hours before being seen. If they call you and ask if you can come earlier that doesn't mean they will see you earlier. I did that and that just meant sit in the waiting area longer. They have coffee and bathrooms in the lobby.

The doctors are highly specialized and clearly know their fields, which makes it reassuring to hear their recommendations and explanations. The nurses and practitioners are just as cool, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Definitively a center I will always try to go every time I need to if they offer the service I'm looking for. Bonus track: the piano playing in the background makes the environment even more relaxed, perfect for a patient who is under stress. The waiting area is comfortable and well maintained, and a really nice touch is the coffee machine on site, where you can make anything from an espresso to a regular American coffee while you wait. Theresa is my therapist and is very professional and explains the therapy and the goal in mind. Sabrina, JJ and the remaining trainers are great to work with. Parking is not an issue as there is plenty since it's conveniently located at the Baptist Medical Center on 13101 S Dixie.

Each time I went for my Therapy it was just trying to get through the negative , unwelcoming energy at the front desk. Today, I went to a different facility and wow!! 100% percent difference with the reception area and the entire facility staff. Please remember that the front staff are the gateway to the facility and if they are not pleasant, friendly, and never smile, patients like myself will not be interested in receiving treatment. Please get these guys extra training.

This time they switched me with another Therapist, which I saw my regular therapist leaving without saying a word to me. I asked I have appointments with her. The other therapist told me you are with me. I said this is a righ way, at leas they should inform me before. She had such attitude we me. Trying to ignore me, was talking non stop with another patient. I was sitting waiting for her what is my nex exercise. Finally I had to interrupt her. The place run very poorly. At the end I had to use the restroom, it was no toilet paper neither hands towel, I used the second toilet, it was the same situation. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
