They work well as a team and all try to create a relaxed atmosphere in a time when people are not feeling well. They are kind and compassionate. When I called, a lady by the name of Diana answered, and when I gave her my information, she told me I had to pay $60 for my visit. I didn't understand it because I explain to her that my deductible has been met and that after the assessment they should be billing my insurance company and I should be responsible for only 20%. I even called back my insurance to verify this, but when I called back continued to tell me that it was $60 because that is what she saw in her system. She offered me to speak to a manager which was nice of her, but I was left on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and I'm not calling back. It's a shame because I am ankle surgery and they really close to me. I don't know what's going on with Office staff these days, but they are a reflection of the practice and the fact that a manager left me on hold for 30 minutes is terrible business.
