They have some great Dialysis technicians like; Armondo, Ray, Maria,Shaun,Eddy and Trina. And some terrible and lazy God forbide asking them to do anything extra, to make your stay comfortable without some attitude, we won't metion them by name. The Nurses are all friendly and out going. Especially a male Nurse Erving, just as friendly and he has great manners. The few bad ones have not showed up on the floor in a while so we are safe for now. If a handful of these female technician get a attitude adjustment and stop running their mouth among themeselves,this could be a 4 star place of business.

Oh it's really impressed…read morewith the food restaurant area down in the basement but today we went in for a CAT scan that the doctors in a Sound there for and they had the order on file but they sent us away and said that we had to make an appointment even though we were already there and regardless that the doctor told us to get in there ASAP because of two back surgeries there was something irregular so I tried to explain this to the really nice receptionist, but then she gave me a phone number to call someone in the back and they were very rude and then was able to schedule me for an appointment six hours later at a whole Nother location in Gig Harbor so I was really disappointed today. Parking was absolutely terrible even with a handicap placard but hey, it's a hospital today was a busy day. What can I say but I've given them five stars in the past but today was a one star day.

I told them I wasn't looking for free food, I am more than willing to pay. I was told that the "charge" nurse said they don't allow that anymore.
