They have some great Dialysis technicians like; Armondo, Ray, Maria,Shaun,Eddy and Trina. And some terrible and lazy God forbide asking them to do anything extra, to make your stay comfortable without some attitude, we won't metion them by name. The Nurses are all friendly and out going. Especially a male Nurse Erving, just as friendly and he has great manners. The few bad ones have not showed up on the floor in a while so we are safe for now. If a handful of these female technician get a attitude adjustment and stop running their mouth among themeselves,this could be a 4 star place of business.

The lady in the next chair, she never complaint about anything, she gets in and out of her wheelchair by herself, never asked for help and what's shocking, im guessing she's in her late 70's ? So she roll up to her chair, their was a waste basket in her way, so she moved it with her foot and the nurse ran over to move it and told her to hold on, he'll help her in a minute... So she said, I can do it, I did seek help and he said, "BECAUSE YOUR OLD" !!! O.M.G. he didnt ! I was about to tell him off for her but she told him, dont you ever tell me that and chewed on his butt but she did it so nice, I wouldn't have been so nice, he should be encouraging her in every way possible... she absolutely rocks !!! He did apologize but she was very mature about it, again I wouldn't been so nice .... But thats been the only thing I didnt care for, but I see his point, she is older and they're here to make our life a little easier ... But for myself, I been happy with the staff, I feel they all watch out for each other, I think I got lucky coming here but if it changes, I'll write another review... Good luck people

Seen May 11 2026 in emergency room after driving myself in, which extended to hospital admissions…read moreand surgery for hernia repair and correcting obstructed bowel. ER took me in right away, I was given pain meds, all nurses and techs were very attentive, gave clear answers, I was assisted within minutes of requests at all times - from the time I arrived until leaving May 12, 2026. Surgeons answered all questions, I felt safe, cared for and seen as an individual and felt both protected and respected as a patient. Pain meds were given as needed they helped me with both chief complaint and residual migraine I had upon arrival. They helped me before during and after surgery and assisted me as I went thru steps of recovery afterwards . Admissions was great, drs top notch, all I came in contact with were pleasant and gave help right away and informed me each step of the way about my care and helped alleviate my fears and nervousness. This visit was easily one of the best visits I have had to an emergency room. I would both recommend and encourage others to seek treatment needed from this facility without hesitation.

The receptionist who handles the phone and faxes is abhorrent. Imagine being the front line for a place that is supposed to issue care and being a short-mouthed drone devoid of any emotion. I've called to verify my referral for cardiology so that I may get answers in what is going on with my heart, but she keeps claiming that no fax has come through. She said that yesterday, but in fact the fax had come through because they sent a response back to my ND needing clarification on something. She responded back at 3pm yesterday. When I called to confirm today, she immediately said no, I informed her I verified with my ND and mentioned the back and forth yesterday and she still said she didn't have them, that she manned all the faxes so she would know. Firstly, lose the attitude. Maybe you made a mistake, you're not going to take 3 seconds to double check? SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED and work in a job where she doesn't deal with people. **Editing to add: Two stars given back for the OTHER receptionist I talked to that helped me to figure out what actually happened with the fax, rather than just write me off. Their nurses were very friendly and the lactation specialists helpful. There was one cranky nurse they had to deal with in the middle of the night but they sent her on her way. No time for that. Other than that one, they have high praise for everyone they encountered. The recovery suite was a good size with a sofa for dad to sleep on. He stayed the entire time. Mom's meals were included in the cost of the room and dad's were a bit over five bucks. Order by phone or app and the meals are delivered to the room. Sweet. Free parking in a bunch of lots or garages are scattered around the building. Signs direct you. The campus is huge. It's hard to know which parking lot is near where you need to be and then once inside finding your way around requires directions, even with signs pointing the way. Guests are buzzed into the birthing area. There is a comfortable area right inside the door with couches and tables and chairs. It's a beautiful, modern section of the hospital.
