I had to call the courts to get the actual documents and then I had to file them with the clerks office myself. Now, they just sent another bill for over 200 when I have not done anything with them for over a month. When I called, the office they told me that I would have to email. The first girl said she couldn't talk to me since she felt my raised level of speaking was directly at her, which it was not, so called back and the guy said no one was there that I could talk to. I requested that they send me to voicemail but then he put me on hold and never came back. I just wanted to know why I had received another bill after I just paid them off. Very poor service, I would never recommend them. Please, please, listen, get a lawyer that will work directly with you, not a law firm that keeps passing you around and charging each time, in which case you pay three times what it should have been once.
