Heard a lot of good things from this place over the years and finally got to check it out. Needed…read moreone of my brakes bled and was well priced to get it done. Turned out the bled both my brakes when I just needed one, because I already bled the other brake and they charged me for the other brake. I didn't care too much, whatever, it was cheap... Immediately took it out for a test run and noticed a grinding noise coming from somewhere and realized something was bent and causing it to shave off metal shavings. I took it back, because obviously they must have somehow done something to have caused this, because it was not like this when I took it in. They explained there was no way to they could have damaged it while bleeding the brakes, but I feel like they took my bike for a joy ride and hot rodded the poor thing. Whatever, again, I paid them to fix it. Several weeks go by and missed out of a lot of excursions, but thought it would be worth it. Again, it was decently priced to get the parts and labor. The owner said something about everything being tip top shape...BIG LIE...took it out for a ride around the block and the shifting is absolutely messed up. Not even going to bother with any confrontation and take it to a shop that doesn't' purposely fuck with my shit and try charging me more to fix issues that they caused.

Even though it hadn't come in yet, they kept an eye out for me and then called me the minute it came through the door. The customer was obviously annoyed because the fixture he was buying didn't come with everything needed. The SP guy was nice throughout the exchanges, simply letting the customer know what was needed and letting the customer vent. (The SP guy doesn't control what comes with a product, so why shoot the messenger?) But he *was* helpful to let the customer know what else was needed to complete the job at hand. Very professional, patient, and nice. Another SP guy came out from the back and proceeded to help us. My father-in-law asked a bunch of questions but got stuck describing the problem he was having with the pipes. The second SP guy was just as nice and patient as the first. He answered every question and even took us over to the aisle where the products were and used new drain parts to help my father-in-law visualize and describe what the set up that he was looking to fix. Cut to the end-- the guy helped us get the parts we needed and the repair we did was successful. The parts were not outrageously expensive, either, although plastic is usually pretty cheap. Full Disclosure: these guys are like day versus night compared to the SP guys who worked at the SP store where I used to live. Definitely worth patronizing the Pocatello store.
