We need to reschedule", only their next opening was 3 months out - why did you make the appointment if you weren't willing to do the test? This year, I have them do the exam for new glasses, go out and talk to the frame sales lady - not only do they have a small selection of frames, but the woman didn't know what the numbers on the frames meant (it's width, nose gap and length), So I tried to keep it simple asking where her wider glasses were - she didn't know.
