I'm not a local resident but with that being said I love this place!!! The sweetest lady on the eternity of the earth companied by the most amazing joyful man to walk the earth. If you thought the lovely people that run the place were amazing they also produce the absolute best pastries I've had within the closest states. Just the glazed donut alone were to die for, pair that with the other 10/10 options in pastries makes this place the best place I've ever been to and you will agree once you've enjoyed it yourself. I spent $40 and tipped $20 they deserve it, if im in the area again expect me to spend minimum $100 with a $50 tip. Thank you to lovely couple at Dawn's Donuts keep doing what you do! read more

This cute little shop was amazing! They had delicious, warm, buttery and big kolaches. All sorts of flavors to choose from (sausage and cheese, jalapeño, sausage croissant, even unique flavors like fajita chicken and sausage and gravy). Donuts were a hit too. Dawns donuts are amazing. I am here visiting my fiancé while he is working. I found this place on google because it was a 4 min walk from the hotel I was staying in. When I walked in I was greeted by the nicest people. They helped me right away. I got the spicy boudin Kolache, jalapeño sausage and cheese Kolache and some donuts all were absolutely delicious and fresh. The lady behind the counter asked where I was from and I told her I was visiting and staying in a hotel. She then gave me a free donut in hopes I enjoyed them. This place has a little bit of everything! Biscuit sandwiches/croissants, donuts, cinnamon rolls, kolaches and breakfast burritos!! We got their bacon breakfast burritos, donuts and vietnamese iced coffee and everything was amazing! I've never had Vietnamese iced coffee before and it is so delicious!! Hungry and on my way home from a 12 hr night shift . In a dark strip center Dawn Donuts was the only place open and it was lit up brightly. It was like a Kolache lighthouse guiding me in from the dark. inside the family running the place is the friendliest around. They are super busy running around serving customers yet they never quit smiling and you feel so welcome. I have only tried the typical Kolaches offerings(sausage and cheese, Sausage cheese jalapeno, and ham and cheese) These however were so delicious. Very fluffy and light dough with a medium level of sweetness. Very fresh you can tell. The sausage is typical and the ham the same but nothing wrong with that. The prices are also very resonable. They have other kolaches, tacos, breakfast sandwiches, Donuts, ect. All look delicious so I will report back once I have tried them. Yes I will be back guided in by this bright beacon. read more

I just love this place! I always stop here for breakfast when I work down here. It's a small owner run establishment. Everything I've tasted here tastes good and you are in and out quick! The owner is so nice and cares about her customers. She has a bubbly personality which makes your day in the morning! The place is very clean and quiet. So glad I stumbled upon this place. First of all the food is delicious. Spicy boudain kolache was well seasoned and delicious. The sausage, cheese jalapeño kolache was also tasty. I enjoyed the Asian bbq kolache as well. The donut holes are affordable like most places. The coffee was hot and fresh. And the Vietnamese coffee was to die for. It had a delicious almost nutty flavor that I liked. There weren't anymore bacon croissant sandwiches so the owner I think offered to make me one fresh. Absolutely outstanding service.
