Any claims you think will be covered they find any reason to not cover it. Management also is equally unhelpful. They often clump claims together so they can do as little work as possible. They are liars. They make claims so tedious that they bank on you not going through with it. When submitting all proper documentation, they ask for it again as if it wasn't sent (frequent) They get minus stars, 1 star is too gracious! Don't waste your time or money. I haven't found one person that works for fetch or petplan that actually cares. Biggest crock of shit I've ever come across. Multiple claims have ended up denied when they are legit. I couldn't say enough bad stuff about this company. The humane society said they cover allllll this stuff but it's such bullshit!

    I don't know where to begin, and if there was an option lower than one star I will choose that…read more This whole night mare started on the month of November when I was searching for I car insurance and the web direct me to all the insurance out there, until LAURENA from State Farm called me supposedly offering me the best deal for my car insurance! Than she offered to bundle house and car insurance together to lower the price and got me enrolled to State Farm and charge me $495.61 instantly for that month. After a month that's where all the trouble started, they send us on the mail this beacon devices and were supposed to installed them on our cars for save discount. I've done my research about this beacons, and me an my wife decided not to used them because they had bad reviews violating people's privacy. This particular agency got so skeptical about our decision and increased our rate to $607.64. When I signed up to State Farm LAURENE never mention anything about these beacons devices or that it was a requirement! Otherwise I wouldn't accept any business with State Farm because on my previous insurance I never had any device. Our due date was on Jan. 6 we called multiple times to this agency and until finally we got to talk to them and wanted to understand about these beacons and why the seller LAURENE never talked about them when we got enrolled. Now this where SCOTTY COCHRAN comes in, promising that he was going to take care of this. After January 6 All they did was to freeze the payment from January and supposedly fix the payment amount and just wait for the payment to update which never did at that time! We literally call almost the whole month leaving voice mail and never got our call returns, this company swears that they return calls and have everything on record but when it comes to screw someone because they don't like their beacons they planned really good for us to be cancel and paid their fee. They made us wait the whole entire month of January until the next due date on February. We had no return calls, emails, text or anything about this matter until we called and called on January 31, someone answer and hang up and that was it! The last drop that filled the cup, totally unprofessional, disrespectful and not helped us! I knew where this game was heading and I was not gonna let them have it! So I literally drove more than two hours to their location to have a face to face conversation, no more hanging ups on the phone! At the office the manger kept apologizing trying cover up all this unprofessional behavior towards us, they had no remorse about our case and they still made me paid on February 3 the amount of $607.64. The next day a cancellation Notice came for: $2,094.44 wow that was their plan all along just ignored our calls and not change the amount until we missed the due date so we can be kick out and force to paid the cancellation fee. This gets even better a second payment was expected for the month of February that we paid on Feb. 27 for $495.60 which adds to $1,103.24. Has Any one paid car insurance $1,103.24 in a month! All I got to say at this point is I'm very disappointed with KAREN MICHAELS STATE FARM I totally regret to sign up with all this unprofessional team! sorry will not fix this and totally will keep escalating this matter to the right agencies. Anyone out there don't get fool with LAURENA when she calls you or send SCOTTY COCHRAN to try to fix her mess or make it worse and play the victim.
