I can't tell you how wonderful and vital her care and support for me has been. I am 6 weeks postpardom writing this, so I can confidently say she is fantastic every step of the way. I love that she never rushes you, or minds you asking questions. I am a first time mom, so I have had a lot of them-more than I thought I ever would. She has been there to answer them and to reassure me, well beyond birth. Its been such a giant relief to have someone professional to go to with things versus making a million doctor appointments just to have a question answered that's causing great concern now. No waiting and stressing, she's made herself available to me-being just a call or text away. I'm so grateful. I also appreciate that Katie doesn't make herself out to be a guru of all things, she has lots of resources and connections for anything in which she is not an expert. I've had issues arise here and there and she's not left me hanging, she's been sure to refer me to the appropriate help and doesn't get offended if they aren't working out the way you needed them to be. She was literally perfect throughout all of labor, and I had what I consider a rough labor at 30+ hours of back labor and hours of pushing. Hands off when she needed to be and hands-on when I needed her to be - Katie was the perfect balance. Both my hubby and I were very impressed. Throughout everything she's been consistent in giving me her balanced perspective and offering the freedom I need to make a decision. Also, one of the reasons we chose Katie is that she is unique as a midwife because of her experience and education. Remembering Katie was an RN in the NICU and has ample midwife certifications, often put us at ease knowing she has varied experience and a balance of perspective. Katie is well worth her weight in gold and much more (she should really charge way more for her services)! Just make sure you contact her early enough, she only takes on so many at a time! Also, when first meeting her, don't make the same mistake I almost made by taking her quietness for lack of confidence/competence. You won't regret having Katie on your side; I consider Katie an essential part of my experience. I can adamantly and repeatedly say I would NOT want to know what it would've been like without her.

When I had a small prelabor scare in my second trimester she responded quickly and made sure to follow up with me the next morning after it passed. She was very supportive but let me take the lead when labor began. Once she arrived they set up quickly and she held my hand through contractions when everyone else was busy. She was a calm and motivating energy through the entire thing. Her postpartum follow up was amazing and she didn't leave until she was sure everything had been taken care of and we were all comfortable. She even filed the paperwork for my daughter's SS card and birth certificate. She was also able to help me with some minor breastfeeding issues the first few weeks. If I ever have another child I would choose her as my care provider without a second thought.

I have always felt very comfortable with Dr Roller and feel her professional care has been top notch. She is very thorough and excellent Gynocologist. My dissatisfaction has been with the receptionist/ nurse. I have always felt as if she was over worked rushed and over whelmed and at times unfriendly. She is a one man show receptionist and nurse and does not allow her to be as efficient in one area as she should. Also giving her the choice to make decisions in the practice without Dr Rollers knowledge. Let me share my latest experience but there are others but this lead me to leave. I had requested a telemedicine call with Dr Roller. I live in land o lakes and traveling to Dade City after the Wesley Chapel office was closed was a 50 minute drive one way. I arrived at my recheck appointment on 10/22 after being on hormonal therapy patches to control my hormonal balance. To find that the office was on vacation and I was not notified. The office called me on Monday with no direct apology just that she had missed my appointment to change it before they went on vacation. I did not react other than ask to have a telemedicine call because the office is a110 minute round trip car ride for me and my visit did not require an examination other than to discuss my experience with the hormone therapy and if any changes needed to be made. That call was on 10/25 I have reached out numerous times via message and phone calls to leave messages because I need a refill on my estradiol patch. I have not heard back from the office. CVS has reached out to them as well and have not received a call back for refills. This has left me no other choice but to seek an appointment with another gynecologist. I need to remain on my hormone therapy despite the actions of Dr Rollers practice. Have to say the lack of professional help and attentiveness to this matter lies with Dr Roller's responsibility.

I'm an office manager myself of a busy 4 doctor veterinary practice that sees over 300 clients a week. I have extremely low tolerance for poor client service. I have experienced that poor service multiple times myself and overheard it being used on other clients. Speaking down to clients and making sly comments that are degrading that they think they clients aren't going to catch is unacceptable. The client is not always right, but they always have the right be treated with dignity and to be heard without being judged before they can even finish speaking. I had this happen to myself and heard the attitude being given to other ahead of me while checking out. Again I want to say how wonderful and great Dr. Roller and the technicians have always been. It's a shame they may lose clients due to the front desk.

I was in labor for 12+ hours, couldn't eat sleep or drink, I kept moving from a hot shower to a hot bath tub (all natural birth, helped with pain). My body really started giving out, I thought I was going to die, but I have faith in God so persevered. They gave me an iv bag of fluid, which felt like a breath of fresh air. Eventually my baby boy was born, and healthy. I would give birth here again because the support was amazing. I really wanted to be left alone the entire time. But they were right in reach when needed.

They did NOT address my concerns and did NOT notate them in my medical records. They also kept telling me my baby was perfectly healthy and "medically unremarkable". They COMPLETELY missed major congential brain malformations forcing me to full term with a child who was dying the entire time in my womb and during birth. They did not offer an ambulance to Johns Hopkins when my son was dying. They also did not catch enlarged fatty liver or preeclampsia because they do not use the proper tests. They also yanked my placenta instead of allowing it out naturally which ended up in retained placenta. If you are 35 or older I do NOT recommend this place. I gave birth in January and they wanted to know "what they did wrong and could do better" .... im sorry YOU are supposed to be the medical professionals. So no, i dont recommend them and would not trust them with any medical care. They are certified PROFESSIONAL midwives which are COMPLETELY different than certified NURSE midwives. They didnt even have care when I had whooping cough and broke ribs, instead I had to go to urgent care and ER to get properly diagnosed. ​​​

Dr. Tom reviewed his CT scan, treated him at the office and referred him to Pain Medicine. Dr. Tom and his office set up a meeting for Monroe with Pain Medicine for that day. Monroe and I drove to Tampa and were seen within minutes. The result, Monroe is scheduled for injections into 2 levels of his Lumbar spine which should help with this horrible pain he has been living with for so long. I have been a patient of Dr. Tom and can personally speak of his experience and bedside manner. Literally, I have walked into his office limping and crooked and walked out strong and straight....nope, not exaggerating.
