She got me in quickly and I gotta say I couldn't be happier!! Her salon is warm and welcome. Nice but not pretentious. Pretty much the most personal experience I've ever had getting my hair done. She did a great job and a fantastic cut on my better half while I processed, we keep telling each other how good the other looks! That same night, the extensions started falling out and the next day, they completely fell out. I have attached photos. When I confronted the owner she said she would not refund me but she would buy new hair and install at no cost. I have since been trying to reach her and reschedule for over one month now. No one has yet to return my calls or respond to my messages. I will now be reporting to the BBB. To top it off, I purchased an eye brow tattooing certificate as well and I also have yet to get a response to my calls to schedule. That cost was $375. I feel completely scammed. I would not trust this place of business and will be taking these folks to small claims court

She trimmed the bottom nicely, but the "face framing" layers went from mid ear downward to my chin - pretty much opposite of what you'd expect from face framing layers. I have a tendency to blame myself or my hair for cuts that don't work, but definitely not the case with this bad cut. All I can do now is keep it in a ponytail or headband and wait for growth.
