Services will actually pick up multiple riders at different locations at the same time. And, each has to pay full fare. Like if you get picked up at a grocery,and other rider(s) are close by, they pick up one then the next! Some of the taxis are not in repair. Some drivers do not know the routes. And, they all close at 8pm!!! I will say for the most part the taxis are clean enuff. And I have yet to experience a rude driver. Just strange to say the least.

The driver I guess answered the phone and said that they could be there at 1:45 - 1:50 pm with no problem and could have them there on time. I asked him them if they to be there sooner and he said not a problem we will make sure someone is there at 1:30. Well nobody was there at 1:30.. I called the business and spoke to someone else and she said "I just got off the phone with ur son and someone is on the way." 1:56 I get a call back saying "I can't get in touch with my driver I've been trying to call him"... Now my sons late for work, the driver is who knows where and future clients to use this business is lost. I get that there's a window of give and take as far as time is concerned. But when you call in enough time you can definitely make arrangements to be on time. Especially when it's expressed and agreed upon.

Because they have excellent reviews on Google, I decided to contact them in advance to schedule a pick-up from where we were staying in Bradenton Beach to Sarasota Airport for our trip back home. I received a message right away with the price quote and the info was updated right on my iPhone calendar once I accepted. On the day before the scheduled pick up, I called and sent a text message to Vintage to confirm our pick-up, and received confirmation that our pick-up was scheduled for the following day. On the day of the pick-up, our driver, Amber arrived right on time for pick-up. She was one of the nicest drivers that we've had the pleasure of using.
