I did not get a phone call from anyone Monday I ended up calling in just to find out that it was not ready she guaranteed me that Tuesday my tag and registration and title will be ready. Again, no phone call no one reached out to me to tell me that it was not in I had to call in to find out that it was not there. So I called Wednesday and the man on the phone assured me that I will be the first one he will call once my information came in, he called me later on that evening. My advice is that if you are not in a rush for your stuff you can go customer service was okay but the lack of information and communication is why I'm rating it what it is now.
