Any questions I had Betty either new the answer or reached out to find it. Typically within minutes. I bundled my Home, Auto and Boat with State Farm through Betty. There was also no issue with my mortgage lender and the coverage being provided through State Farm. I actually picked up some extra coverage, which overall still turned out less cost than my previous insurance. Betty also asked a bunch of questions to find discounts that I didn't know existed. I got in shock, I called them and ask them how was this possible, Specially without getting a call or notice from them even when they get notified when payment has not being made. They got in the system and told me my automatic payments was "cancelled ", no explanation about and never notified of any problem. The only solution was to get a new policy. I ended up paying "nowadays prices", hundreds of dollars over just because their lack of responsibility, not taking care of their clients policies. So be aware or you may be wasting time and money with these people.
