The young guy who "opens" in the morning is always late, has very poor communication skills and is rude to customers, including myself; barely has a clue on how to put a whole sentence together or greet people, and always says "huh"? instead of "excuse me". Some basic course in etiquette and customer service might do this business a whole lot of good, and it wouldn't be a bad idea to open during the posted business hours instead of 15-20 or 30 minutes later, which has happened on three occasions now. I thought this might be correct because 2 of the items were ordered together so that sort of made sense to me at the time but it turned out to be a big mistake. Looking at the 3 screenshot they are all different returns. While the other 2 items are processed as returns the 3rd one isn't showing up and I have to dispute the original purchase with my bank because someone here didn't do their job. Additionally this location has terrible holiday hours and bad hours in general. If you return a package a little before closing it won't be processed until the next day. Avoid this horrible location!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Jeff, the store manager. I was the first customer in…read morethe store at around 7:30 am this morning and from the moment I arrived, he was rude and dismissive. I calmly explained my situation to him, but instead of listening or trying to help, he essentially told me to be quiet, saying, "I've worked here for 20 years. Let me do my job." I was honestly taken aback by the way he spoke to me. I was just explaining my situation. To make matters worse, I was never given a receipt or any confirmation that my transaction/request had actually been completed. I left the store frustrated and unhappy, unsure of whether my issue had even been properly handled. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be an isolated incident. I have witnessed Jeff being rude to other customers as well. I'm a regular at that UPS store. A store manager should be someone who knows how to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers. Based on my experience, Jeff does not demonstrate those qualities. I strongly believe management should address his behavior and seriously consider whether he is the right person to be representing the store. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy or frustrated an employee may be.
