From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with professionalism, warmth, and a clear commitment to excellent service. The entire team is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly efficient. Minerva and her staff went above and beyond to assist me with my legal paperwork. They made what could have been a daunting and stressful process seamless and straightforward. Every step was explained clearly, and they ensured I understood all my options before proceeding. Their expertise in handling everything from notary services to complex legal documents is truly impressive. What stood out most was their genuine care and attention to detail. They treated me with respect and kindness, making me feel like a valued client rather than just another case. The pricing was also very reasonable for the level of service provided. If you need help with legal document preparation, I highly recommend The Document People in Oceanside. They have earned my trust and my gratitude. This is the place to go for professional, reliable, and exceptional service. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

This is the best UPS store in the area. I've been going here for years - the employees (and there…read moreare many of them) are SUPER happy to help and always going the extra mile. Always. Thank you Jeff! You've grown a great business. They don't over charge, and help get you the best price on whatever you're needing. I've used them to hand in return packages, make copies, get documents notarized as well as drop off my bag of used Nespresso pods. This week I even got help dragging 4 huge boxes from my car. In fact, another customer (who said he's been going here for 20 years) heard me ask for help and joined the procession out to my car to help as well! Where on earth do you get this kind of service??? And wonderful people who are willing to pitch in? Helpful employees breed helpful customers. Anyway, I can't say enough about this UPS store. None others compare.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Jeff, the store manager. I was the first customer in…read morethe store at around 7:30 am this morning and from the moment I arrived, he was rude and dismissive. I calmly explained my situation to him, but instead of listening or trying to help, he essentially told me to be quiet, saying, "I've worked here for 20 years. Let me do my job." I was honestly taken aback by the way he spoke to me. I was just explaining my situation. To make matters worse, I was never given a receipt or any confirmation that my transaction/request had actually been completed. I left the store frustrated and unhappy, unsure of whether my issue had even been properly handled. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be an isolated incident. I have witnessed Jeff being rude to other customers as well. I'm a regular at that UPS store. A store manager should be someone who knows how to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers. Based on my experience, Jeff does not demonstrate those qualities. I strongly believe management should address his behavior and seriously consider whether he is the right person to be representing the store. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy or frustrated an employee may be.

They're claiming I had it for days bc their flawed system. After payment with my Apple Card! I cancelled that card with the quicks bc I could just tell something was weird. They changed my drop off for the truck at the last minute and told me to drop it off at Postal Annex. It was 10, are they open! So, I left it there with the keys with the other trucks that were their. If you go at night you will see many trucks and most probably have the keys inside. She pointed at her annex hours and I showed her my iPhone that read ( 5:22 pm)and told her it wasn't even 5:30 PM and she exclaimed that she was going by the watch in her store. She was reasonably enough to take my packages but she immediately said "BYE have a nice evening". Didn't even give me a receipt. What watch do you think Customers are gonna go by? The store watch that no one can visibly see, or the actual time on the cell phone/watch? Very rude
