I calmly explained my situation to him, but instead of listening or trying to help, he essentially told me to be quiet, saying, "I've worked here for 20 years. Let me do my job." To make matters worse, I was never given a receipt or any confirmation that my transaction/request had actually been completed. I left the store frustrated and unhappy, unsure of whether my issue had even been properly handled. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be an isolated incident. I have witnessed Jeff being rude to other customers as well. I'm a regular at that UPS store. A store manager should be someone who knows how to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers. Based on my experience, Jeff does not demonstrate those qualities. I strongly believe management should address his behavior and seriously consider whether he is the right person to be representing the store. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy or frustrated an employee may be.
