I only gave them a star because I could write a review. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was at the register and gave the cashier a 10 dollar bill and I needed change but the guy said he couldn't give me my 10 back and take the 20 dollar bill and just give me my 10 back and give me my change. Then he called a manager who basically tried making up some bullshit about if I want a refund she couldn't give me back my 10 it had to be in pesos. Complete bullshit. This store sucks in general. Not helpful at all but stalk you around the store making you feel uncomfortable with their security. read more

If yelp had a 0 stars and i would probably get that option. Today my daughters were treated bad by the security and manager at this location... They waited in line for more than 20 minutes and they were ask if they were together which they answered yes. They were told only one of they could pass which 2 of them decided to go back to the car. One of them waited to go inside and the security didn't let her in. He let at least 8 in when I decided to drive up and pick her up. Before that he had ask the girl behind her if they were together and the young lady answered no. And he didn't let in either.. read more

Honestly I loved the store. It had ok merchandise. The makeup was great. But the customer service was horrible Jazmin Guerrero and Gabriela Galván could care less about the customers. They were so rude that I honestly just walked out after their rude comments. I hope they are able to be trained better in customer care. read more
