I expect to wait briefly, typically depends on the time of day and what day of the week. Spend less time waiting there than I do at the bank, so figure they are doing a great job considering how many people they are assisting. Do keep in mind the business closes for an hour lunch 1:00-2:00 daily. They are concise and thoroughly care for all of my questions and concerns. Calling in with questions typically just means waiting for a callback. I can't say that I have experienced not getting called back same-day, but I wouldn't take it personally if they didn't. They really are busy caring for customers who are waiting in their office. If it is immediately important, I make sure it is important enough to take the time for an in-person visit and they take care of it with committed attention, kindly, and timely. They are very knowledgeable about their work and work well as a team. I give them a 5-star rating, even though no one can be perfect. It is asking too much to expect perfection from ourselves, let alone from the world around us. The world seems to keep turning for me and I am glad to have such a friendly, thorough, and reliable business in the community. Consumer service has more to do with being made to feel like your everyone's best friend the first moment you walk through the door. I see enough smiles when it's my turn and they have supported me through some real-life troubles. They are great.

Skyler also left 3 reminder messages on my phone, which she said was her job.....her manager told me she was only allowed to call once. Money Mart in Flag has way less paperwork and after the first visit you can borrow over the phone and pay back over the phone....definitely worth skipping the Skyler experience.
