I have been to other shops in town, David and his staff often having lines to the door. Helped me with a vape situation as it didn't work. They pulled it off the shelf. They take care of there customers but like anyone probably don't put up with drama or whatever entitled behaviors walk through the door. They keep a cool shop stocked with a lot of product and with a good vibe. David took care of me as I was respectful towards him. I looked over other reviews thinking wow why is this shop reviewed so low. I was sent here because the smoke shop I went to could sell me the flower, a grinder and a lighter......... But NO papers........ This place has all the above minus the flower....... Had a horrible experience there today. Women behind counter said in an irritated voice, "Can I help you?" Young, dark long hair, heavy set. Told her I was looking for a vape pen. Stood in front of glass vase and said I needed the most affordable one. Her response? "It varies". Didn't ask how much they all were. Told her I didn't want to spend a lot and asked which one in the case was the cheapest. She repeated her answer in a tone more rude than the first. "It varies". The price on the cheapest one varies? I asked for a surion air pro pod and was give the wrong item and when I asked for the Receipt he worker just stared at me waiting for me leave so he could help the next costumer. And when I called and told another person who worked there they told me no matter if it was their fault or mine I need a receipt to return the item to get the right one. read more

It died on me an an hour ago and anytime I tried to call I got no answer. I'd like to return my product or exchange it. If I could give this place negative stars I would. My boyfriend has been going to Day Dreamz for years getting cigarettes. Recently he switched to vape. The original tank on his vape broke so my boyfriend went to Day Dreamz to get a new tank. They guy that works there 99.9% of the time sold him a cheaper tank that he claimed would work. Well a week or so after getting the tank it wouldn't screw into the battery anymore but the charger had no problem. So I went in to Day Dreamz to get my boyfriend a new tank. They guy remembers my boyfriend and took a look. He then told me that the tank he sold my boyfriend does have the proper threads to screw into his tank so the threads got messed up. When I pointed out the fact that he had sold it to him and said that it would work the guy told me to "Calm Down" and pointed to his all sales are final signs. I said "excuse me?", " I'm just pointing out the facts." He stated "all my customers point out the facts" then he points to the signs again. Then he said because I like him I will do this (replace the piece that the thread was messed up on). I proceeded to tell him that I wanted to buy him the more expensive tank that he originally had. The guy said "well he didn't want the expensive one". I said that I am buying it for him and that's the one I want. The guy tried to hand me back the tank that he originally sold my boyfriend. I said no I want to buy this one. Then he tried to tell me that the tank i wanted didn't have airflow control blah blah blah... at the end of all this crap I got what wanted and he lost a loyal customer. We will never shop there again, out family and friends will know about our experience. He's going to loose a lot of business. read more

Do not shop here! I bought a snoop dog 2 vaporizer and within a week the mouthpiece plastic had broken because of heat so the filter wouldn't work. I took it to the store for a replacement part but they don't offer that and they don't stand behind the product at all. I was told to approach the manufacturer. When I searched them out and contacted them with pictures they told me I had bought counterfeit goods. This was expensive ($80) and a real rip off. read more

I was sold a glass water pipe. The stem that came with it did not fit in the down pipe and had an extreme amount of friction upon trying to slide it in for the first time. it ended up getting stuck. I was sold something that was not sized right and did not function. trying to pull the stem back out resulted in lots of friction and with mineral oil and patience it still ended up braking. I called the owner immediately as I was very frustrated he was selling merchandise that was not sized right and was not functional. He was of no help. and said they slide just fine.
