Makes it even worse, there should always be some exceptions. IE. I bought a New DVD and when I tried to play it didn't work. After inspecting the disk, I could see obvious manufacturing defects. I had the sales receipt but still no refund and NOT EVEN STORE CREDIT. (As stated earlier about the store being overpriced! This DVD WAS NO EXCEPTION. Redding has only 2 adult stores like this and both are way overpriced. You might as well go online to get toys. IE. I Bought a Vibrator for my Significant other and it was around $150. I later found the same one on several sites all for under $30. I only gave them 2 Stars because she loved that Vibrator, a lot!!! ;) P.S.
