Every time you call no matter the day or time be prepared to wait at least half an hour for someone to answer ( not exaggerating), plus 99% of the time they are rude and all they do to try and help you is have you reset your box/ router. Thanks, I tried that 5 times already how about you stop ripping people off. We pay 200$ a month and there is always a problem, but you are stuck bc there's no other provider in the area. I forgot to mention that the guy they sent out did a crappy job of putting the cables in and drilling holes. You also can't even close the plastic box around the cables outside because they don't fit in there so they have just sit out in the weather. That's how much they tick me off.
