Day one electric yelp 10/02/25 If you want your job finished do not use Day One Electric. We hired Noah and followed all of his advice, including taking out all of our recessed fixtures and ordered new ones per his recommendation. He and his crew wired the entire addition improperly so it did not work. He then refused to fix the problem and left us with a lot of unfinished work. In addition to all of the recessed lighting he missed some closets, the door bell and all of the outdoor lights. Some of the outlets also did not work. Noah and his team are clueless, incompetent and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend hiring them for anything. read more

I spoke with Noah on the phone and they were able to help me with a noncompliant issue. You should always inspect the builder work in Colorado as they are all terrible builders honestly. Horrible quality homes here with no proper compliance inspections on their end. So anyways, Noah and team helped me fix what the builder never did right by law. They also replaced a dead GFCI. Now they were not the only party I spoke to. I did call a few others. Many folks were ready to come out to fix the issue however only 3 folks I spoke with had honest rates. Where do I even begin? We moved into a new home and had a laundry list of DIY projects lined up, but the one that we overestimated our skills on was hanging a great room chandelier and foyer pendants in rooms with 20' ceilings. Like most people nowadays, we were on a time crunch to complete things, so I was dubious we'd get this done in time. I reached out to several electricians at once and Noah responded faster than I ever expected, and within a few messages we had an appointment setup within 2 days from my request. Noah responded almost immediately to my request for an electrician. Even better and more impressive, he and a co-worker showed up the next day -- a Saturday! -- and knocked out the installation of 4 exterior light replacements and two light switch replacements, with one of those horribly (and scarily) installed by a previous owner as a 3-way switch that should've been a 2-way switch. In addition to being upfront with arrival time and a text ahead of when they were on the way, they were both incredibly friendly and informative as they went through the installation. Admittedly the job was straightforward, but they knocked it out with ease and speed. Finally, they did all of this on a Saturday for a low price and they even helped me to understand some aspects of my house's existing solar panels along the way. We had been putting off having a ceiling light installed in our office fearing that it would be an expensive project, requiring our ceiling drywall to be torn up in the process. I finally reached out to a few electricians about the project and Noah was by far the most responsive and helpful. I reached out on a Thursday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Most other places I heard back from were scheduling several weeks out. Noah and his team came in and immediately explained what they were going to do and got to work. Noah heard my concerns about cutting out the ceiling drywall and was able to engineer a way to install the light without needing to make any cuts at all - a miracle!
