Just one complaint... the window for this appointment was scheduled for noon to 2pm today and I got a call at 930am saying someone was already at the door downstairs. Was not ready for that. The electrician assigned to the job checked my issue out quickly and while he was not able to perform any repairs did send me photos to use to help find someone who could. read more

Jimmie-- the owner comes out, looks at what your needs are. He has been coming to our home since we moved to Colorado in 2022. We had no idea who to call for our needs which is very scary after knowing who to call for our entire adult home owner lives. Anyway- Jimmie was one of the first contractors to come to our home. He was professional. Fast. Understood exactly what we wanted and sent his team to meet our needs. I wanted to add: his team has installed plugs, rings electrical for our doorbell, Christmas plugs outside, rewiring our garage switches to make more sense (when we first moved in), fans through out our home, a bidet in our master bathroom, a complete power supply to our kitchenette both upstairs in our master bedroom and the basement, moved plugs to more aesthetically pleasing places, and he just installed a 200 amp new electrical panel to accommodate our needs. His crew has done other things I know I am missing. And they all are always extremely professional. Truly a master in electrical. His team has consistently arrived professional, fast, neat. Andy arrived on time for the estimate and carefully explained what needed to be done (replacing old outlets with GFI and possibly replacing a mast outside). My house had not been upgraded in 20 years. So one of the first things after I purchased it was to replace old halogen lights with new LED ones. Electric Doctor replaced and repaired a ton of stuff. It took several visits to complete it but they were very thorough. Mike our electrician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. House looks great and well lighted. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for and compared to other similar companies right in the ball park. Will use again and would recommend them. read more

Booking experience was good and Mike the electrician was nice. However, they overcharged and refused to negotiate. The issue took less than 60 seconds to resolve (breaker reset) and they insisted on charging me what they quoted - $159 - which was to replace the breaker, not reset it. I wish they would have been reasonable with a first time customer so we use them again and recommend them to our friends. read more

We needed to have some outlets installed above the fireplace to mount a 77" TV, and have a fan installed in our bedroom. Mike came out and was so great to have around. There was no Pre existing hookup for the fan, so he had to go into the attic to get all the connections in order. I asked for previously installed outdoor deck light/fan wiring to be more neatly rerouted and installed, and for added wiring from an underground feed in my garden shed to have indoor/outdoor outlets and a plug for overhead lighting. I found Electric Doctor through Yelp and called them to walk through projects I want to do at my home. The bearded gentleman (I can't remember his name) patiently walked through each of the projects, took detailed notes and then Electric Doctor sent me an itemized estimate. Today I had Electric Doctor do two of the projects. David and Tyler came out to install a ceiling fan and fix a GFCI that stopped working. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did a beautiful job installing the fan. They also quickly diagnosed the GFCI problem and got it fixed. Most contractor experiences can be frustrating and downright nightmarish. Working with Electric Doctor was the complete opposite. I'm ready to have them come back to do more. read more
