Almost as though it was a dream, but there are plenty of photos of happy kids and reports from parents saying the bounce house was the highlight of the party. Do yourself a favor and pick these guys. Should I ever work up the energy to have another party for my kids, this will be the first call I make.

Far and away the best value I found in Converse and around San Antonio. Delivered right to the house and staged the tables and chairs neatly where instructed (I opted against the additional charge for set up for timeline reasons, but the fee seemed reasonable and I would have paid if it worked out). The tables and chairs were of good quality, which was what I expected, and were in the correct quantity. The delivery team counted the chairs and tables with me to verify accuracy and showed me how to fold the chairs properly. Next time I need similar items I'm calling J's Party Rental first and only.

They advised that they only have a 25 mile radius and our venue was 32 --- 7 miles extra than what they cover...the rep I was speaking with advised they would reach out to I assume is the owner and see if he would still be willing to deliver and would follow up with me Monday (this was on a friday) Monday comes around and I hadn't received an update so I reached out JoAnn, the rep I had been speaking with, advised she had not heard anything and will try again. Another day goes by and I had not received a response so I reach out again and she advises they would deliver for a $300 delivery fee. Their regular deliver fee according to the website is $50 for up to 12 miles and $2 per mile after. Under normal circumstances this would be a total of $90 for a delivery. I completely understand their delivery radius but my venue is 7 miles out of their coverage zone. $50 to even up to $100 would have been a reasonable upcharge for a convenience fee charge but For 7 miles they are charging an extra $210!!! Completely obscene! When I addressed my concern JoAnn advised that she initially stated that I was not in her coverage zone and that she's sorry I feel some type of way...just all around bad business...I had high hopes for this company as they were heavily recommended and the reviews were great I really cannot believe how they handled themselves

Makenzie was my point of contact. Initially she was difficult to contact after the deposit was paid. She became more responsive only when I asked my wedding coordinator to intervene. Primary reasons I would not recommend this company: 1. Cost discrepancies between the quote and the contracts (which required my signature) 2. Questions were not answered when discrepancies were identified on quotes and contracts. I had to inquire multiple times to get a response to my questions and the questions were never directly addressed. 3. Double charges for the same items: they were listed as one name under "tables/chairs" and called by a different name under "Labor and Fees". An explanation could not be given as to the reason for this dual cost. 4. Mathematical calculations did not match the original agreement and could not be explained; or blame of the miscalculations was placed on IT issue or declared a program error. 5. Mathematical calculations were inaccurate even when using their own numbers and an explanation of how they arrived at a specific cost could not be explained. 6. When finalizing the furniture count, some of the prices were changed, again the reason for discrepancy was placed on program error/IT issue. 7. It took 3- 10 days before I received a response to my inquiries; and that was with multiple follow-up emails/calls. To be fair, all the issues were resolved but it was because of my due diligence in closely reviewing the numbers and continuously following up and asking questions. I turned in my own calculations to the company using the original agreement of cost vs their "computer program" to be sure I was getting what I had agreed to. I do hope that this company is able to fix the IT/program issue. I also hope that plausible explanations can be provided when inquiries are made by the customers in a timely fashion. I hope staffing will receive training to improve customer service, as my experience with this company did not appear to be service or customer oriented. Abundant Blessings, MOB

It's impossible to truly put into words how incredible it is to work with Daryl. He's someone who…read moretruly takes pride in his business and goes above and beyond to make certain his customers have successful parties with his rental items. His prices are the best in town, to the point that even the travel fee for him having to drive nearly an hour to our place still made him more affordable than the others with similar reviews, but I'd happily pay more because peace of mind is priceless. Because there's already too much going on when you're planning a party, so worrying about whether the main attraction is going to arrive on time, be in usable condition, and not be full of hidden fees can ruin everything. Daryl is excellent with communication, texting to verify all the information ahead of time, announcing when he'll be on site with the rented items, and then texting along the way so there are no surprises. Then he sets everything up, taking his time to make certain it's safe, clean, and won't blow a fuse. He even upgraded our popcorn rental and now I'm hooked.
