When we asked them to be more careful, they just stopped edging and not even cutting around the fence line. We cancelled their services, they agreed to part ways with us but then they went after us. I contacted Frontier Ponds to have my pond closed for the season. I was told that closings were…read moredone in November and that I would be contacted before the workers came onsite. In mid-October I got a call from one of the workers saying they were on their way to my home. I asked them to reschedule since I wanted to be onsite when the closing was being done and I was just leaving for work. I sent an email to Jill with the dates I was available throughout November. I never received a response to this email or any further phone calls from the company. In mid-November I wrote to the company again asking when the closing would take place and I received a very abrupt email back saying that they have been out to my house twice to do the closing and "were turned away." This was absolutely false and not sure why they would even have responded this way. They went on to say that they were fitting me in between construction work and that if they came to my house one more time I would be charged a travel fee. Again, I was never contacted by this company and they made it more than clear that they did not want me onsite when they were doing the closing. This was a new company to me and unfortunately I have learned that I need to be onsite until the quality of work has been established with a new company. Jill made it very clear that my time or concerns were of no value or interest to them, they just wanted my money and to do the work when it was convenient for them. I am very disappointed with this company and the customer service I received. I do not recommend them.

We just moved into our home. The garden in front and back was full of weeds. A crew of very polite and hardworking men appeared on time on our chosen date. They were knowledgeable about what was a perennial and what were weeds. By mid afternoon the job was complete and our garden looked wonderful with no weeds and a fresh layer of mulch.
