The guys came out, as scheduled, and removed the requested trees in no time at all. Our understanding is that this tree must be trimmed after there is frost because of infestation concerns. We verbally agreed on a price and assumed the service would be done in December or Jan. weather permitting. We were out of town for part of the winter but we called in Jan., Feb. and March to ask why the work had not been done. We left messages - calls never returned. When I called in the spring when we returned to ask what had happened I was told they had never received our signed contract back. This was the first we had heard of a contract. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF CONTRACT TO SIGN. These old trees are valuable and we know they need care. That is why we called in the first place. On my last call I spoke to Brian?. He said he would check into it and call me back. He never called. Now we must wait until next winter to have this tree cared for as it should have been last year.
