So, I was amazed at how much the Freedom Vapes employees and the new restaurant named LuLu's Pizza& Grillnext door to them cared about me to as a person who counts in this world!! The LuLu's owners searched all over their new restaurant for materials to make me a ramp to get up on the sidewalk to be able to get in Freedom Vapes‼To which at the time it was their dinner time so they had a lot of their own customers to help so I can't THANK THEM ENOUGH‼But before I was leaving the tow truck driver had just picked it up & bam the owner of this Donut Shopshowed up in another car full of her family members & she started throwing a fit in Chinese so her daughter translated to the tow driver to drop her SUV that she was the legal owner of that handicapped parking spot‼But by this time my disease flared up& was attacking my body due to all of the stress‼So my mom jumped that owners ass since she was being a total Bittowards myself & my mom‼Her family kept explaining that they were sorry but then out of nowhere the owner started yelling in ENGLISH after they said she didn't know it‼I will NEVER SPEND ONE PENNY at this Donut Shop after the way she acted towards not only myself but my mom, Freedom Vape employees & that poor tow truck told to drop her SUV even though it was parked in a handicapped lane & all of the work the poor guy had to do to get it hooked up the right hat everyone boycott this Don cn't even how she treats people whom are handicpped‼

Not the servers fault the kitchen failed to fill the whole ticket but failed to follow up on the table. It was pretty busy but back kitchen and failed service is not acceptable. It was pretty chaotic environment with one of the employees yelling over his shoulder at another almost every time he walked out of the kitchen.

She then gave the phone to her manager Jose and he was very informative and helpful. I am leaving a positive review only because of his professionalism and willingness to at least clarify what I was paying for since the young lady I spoke to originally seemed completely unwiling/unable to do anything of the sort. She was very vocal when handing the phone to her manager that the problem was that I was "asking all kinds of questions." Thank you Jose, for allowing me to order a pizza and know how much it was going to cost and why rather than being angry at the customer when the $20 "special" was suddenly $45 and the customer simply requested clarification. I'm not being a cheapskate- I'm here on business and don't require that much food nor do I want to waste it. It's just common sense. I'm sure that the young lady who answered is young/tired/bored/busy/cranky/overworked/underpaid/(insert your own adjective here). So are a lot of people in this country. So here's some free and unsolicited advice for the young lady on the phone first: if you don't want to have to tell customers what they're paying for and why, then perhaps change careers. If you don't like your job, then go get a new one. You have the option. If you continue to talk to customers the way you talked to me, you'll simply be fired eventually anyway. Sorry for leaving you a bad review (truly), but you can't talk to people that way because you don't want to make the effort in explaining what someone is paying for when, quite frankly, that's what YOU'RE being paid for. Keep it up and you'll end up doing DoorDash and will basically become unemployable.
