When I called the office to inquire more about this predatory practice they never returned my call, left them 2 emails never replied, after giving up I had no option but to call the 800 Customer Care number. Waited on hold for 26 minutes to speak to someone in another Country and be told to communicate with my local agent. Yesterday I decided to part ways and Got a New Policy with the competition, you would figure that after 5 years as a loyal customer they would treat you with some respect and dignity.
