I undetstand that it is the holidays and people take time off but nobody for three business days to finish the registration i started before christmas. I was told by 3 different people three different times that someone would be in, but i should call before i come out to make sure. I have a limited amount of time to drive out to Spring Valley. The lack of communication is amazing. And now they want to charge me anpther fee to get the Plates $25 fee for $22 plate i get it you are in business to make money and you may have made more with me as i am looking for a new insurance provider. But nickles and dimes are what you want apparently. Clearly we will not do business. read more

Don't expect to ever get help with your insurance once they've got your money! I had this insurance years ago and chuck was my agent, HE was awesome but I guess Marc owns it now and I regret getting my home insurance through him now I'm stuck handling everything myself through the insurance I'd like to bundle my car insurance but ill go through the actual company to get a quote. Marc doesn't want to help you he never gets back to my emails. I have up on that and only deal with mercury from now on read more

Chuck Miller Insurance Services is great! I few years ago I needed to get new car insurance and vehicle registration done ASAP! Chuck Miller Insurance got me everything I needed in one stop and very quick! The best part for me at the time was that they were able to work with my down payment and I was able to put 1/2 down at the time pay the other 1/2 the following week.
