Our room on the second floor was immaculate and looked like it had hardly been occupied. Two queen beds and a bathroom with a tub plus a lot of space between the beds and the TV & desk made for a very comfortable stay. And, my kiddo loves taking baths (versus showers). I enjoyed the shower with the two shower heads! I need this at my house! The tiles were clean and free of dirt/mold/mildew stains. The towels nicely stocked and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap/lotion all provided (wall-mounted) were full. The toiletries had a nice, light fragrance - clean, not strong perfume smell. A small facial and body bars of soap provided were sufficient and did not dry out my skin. I just needed cotton swabs, toothpaste, and my tooth brush & hairbrush! The beds were comfortable with four pillows on each queen bed. I prefer soft pillows, so no extra firm pillows were not an issue for me! I loved that the room had a ceiling fan. Don't see that much in hotel rooms, but we use our ceiling fans at home often. That was a nice surprise feature of this room. And, we've stayed in many hotels (and other Hilton hotels)! The curtains were electric. The sheer curtain worked, but the room-darkening curtain switch didn't work. So, no natural light coming in and the wall lights plus desk lamp did not brighten the room enough. That's just my opinion because I like the make the room bright in the morning to help wake me up. TBH, I was concerned staying here since we have had only one other stay in AR. However, I will definitely keep this hotel on my list of places to stay when we drive through this way again! They even allowed us to check in at noon to decorate and set up before (7) eleven year old girls showed up. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. The indoor pool was great. The maid service was wonderful and appreciative of how we left the room. If you have ever been a round a group of young girls you totally get it. The breakfast was good. The girls loved the "pancake printer". We had a very wonderful experience once we arrived.

The only problem was the flat pillows and an air conditioner that rattled so bad that you couldn't use it when you slept. We had neighbors on both side of us but we never heard a single sound through the walls. The hotel is next to the interstate but you couldn't hear the traffic. The brightest spot was the lady that checked us in. She was very friendly. It was obvious that she wasn't "reading a script" and asking us where we were from just to make small talk.
