If when we got in the room, the fan was still on, the temperature is only set at 74. The bed is too soft to sleep in Do you want to give you 2 pillows? Each bed? Very small pillows and 2 tales. No wash cloth. They need to wipe down the whole room. Cause it looks dirty on the walls. And the water had only hot and no cold water, so that was awful. Besides that, it was a place to sleep for the night driving to Lone Pine, California

I stayed in Room 122 on 4/3/2024 - $132.53/night. The room was large and smelled clean. The clerk announced my room number after I asked her to write it on the envelope; I should have been more specific. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee. The shower had great pressure, drained well, and was scalding hot. The bed was delicious. The WiFi was unfortunately pretty spotty and dropped regularly. The tile floor was mostly clean - there was only a little bit of dirt on my feet in the morning. When I checked out, I asked the morning desk clerk to ask the property manager to implement no announcing rooms policy and she understood and said she would. Grade B, but only because of the Wifi. I stayed again - Room 210 on 4/11/2024 - $115.19/night. The same front desk gal who checked me in on 4/3/2024 AGAIN - announced my room number after I asked them to put a policy in place to not do so. The TV stand was all scratched. The A/C was cold, but wouldn't switch to fan so I had to unplug it. The TV picked up one channel and none of the remote buttons would turn off the menu or change the channel. The bed and pillows were awesome. My room was near the 10 so the highway noise was LOUD - clearly the windows are not double pane. The WiFi in this room was strong and didn't drop. The shower was hot and less-hot; I prefer a colder shower so this isn't my preference. The tub drained well. When I checked out, I again asked the morning clerk to not allow the property to announce room numbers - and she said "oh, she did it again?" to which I replied "yes, and you just did too." She didn't like that I observed HER doing it. I explained this is a safety issue - that I was a solo female traveler, and it's not so much the safety in the room, but the safety outside - if someone hears my room number and sees me alone, they don't know if I'm "protected" and am thus a target. I felt like my commentary fell on deaf ears because she too was announcing room numbers. Grade: B

This was a the dirty filthy hotel room. So bad I refused to stay for all my booked days Look at the photos which do not do the room justice. Cable TV did not work, Shower smelled like mold. Door key card did not work had to have it rescanned every time we enter the room. Desk help now that's a joke to call them help! I'm going to dispute the charges on my credit card and refuse to pay for the room. Beware stay away better off sleeping in your car!

    Bug

Horrible experience here walked in and it smelled like weed and cigarettes. I found bugs everywhere around the room and when I called to tell the front desk they didn't care and said what do you want bugs spray get it. I'll never be staying there again.

This hotel has rude staff and bed bugs. There was only a one hour stay after paying for 2 days but they refused a refund!!!

Very good staff! The rooms are on par with typical Days Inn. Better pillows and towels would make it a 4 star, will stay agin in future

Truly a hidden gem in the West Valley. We attended the Smoke on the Water (BBQ, Beer, and…read moreBourbon) event, and had so much fun! The event was well attended, with great local country bands, a kids zone, full bar, a cigar area (separated from the crowds) and tons of food. Bathrooms were plentiful and very clean. We camped on the shore of the lake, which was beautiful (especially at sunset). Camping is all dry camping, and spots were mostly packed gravel (though they are adding firepits and site grass areas soon). The view from our RV was awesome! As a bonus there was also boat races that weekend, which were fun to watch. The costs were reasonable. There are two wedding venues we saw (one had a wedding going) with lake views - very nice. What stood out most was how clean and well kept the entire place was. The staff was 100% customer service oriented and very hard working. They all were courteous, helpful, and fun. Nick was especially great and full of information for us first timers. This was our first time, not our last!

It wasn't a porta potty which I was for grateful for. It was clean, it was full of TP, hand soap and towels. For as many people who used it, I was happy Cool little spot in the middle of nowhere. I believe you can rent some water toys as well.

Perfect Spot Near Phoenix for Holiday Visits and Quick Stops…read more We had a large family gathering at my parents' house for Christmas, so I wanted a hotel within walking distance to avoid driving on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This Marriott fit the bill perfectly. It kept our holiday simple and stress free, and it also works great for travelers leaving Phoenix or arriving and needing a quick recharge before the next leg of their trip. The location is extremely convenient. The hotel sits just seconds from I-10, and there are plenty of services within easy walking distance. You will find a gas station, Starbucks, Barro's Pizza, and other quick options nearby. A brand new shopping center is being built across the street and will open soon. If you prefer a more upscale shopping and dining experience, Verrado Town Square is only a few miles away. The hotel itself is brand new and well designed. The rooms are comfortable and the public areas are modern and clean. We enjoyed good views from our room and there was plenty of parking. Housekeeping kept everything tidy during our stay. There is a small bar next to the lobby that was open on Christmas night, which was a nice surprise and made the holiday feel a little more festive. This location serves many needs. It is ideal for families visiting relatives, business travelers passing through, and anyone who wants easy access to the freeway. The hotel's mix of practical amenities and nearby services makes it a flexible choice for short stays and longer visits alike. Overall, this Marriott made our holiday visit easier and more enjoyable. If you are passing through the Phoenix area and want convenience, comfort, and easy access to local services, this hotel is worth checking out.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel valued and at ease throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean and very comfortable, providing a restful environment after each day's activities. I made good use of the exercise room and utilized the weights every morning, which proved to be a convenient and well-maintained facility. The included continental breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Each morning we were treated to a generous selection that included fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes, sausage, and the opportunity to make our own waffles. Additional options featured oatmeal, fresh bread, English muffins, and a variety of condiments. The beverage selection was equally impressive, offering regular, low-fat, non-fat, and chocolate milk, along with regular coffee, decaf coffee, and various teas. Overall, our experience at the Marriott in Buckeye was outstanding in every respect. We will definitely choose to stay here again on future visits to the area.

From the moment we stepped foot into the venue, we knew it was the perfect place to say "I do." The stunning surroundings provided the ideal backdrop for our special day, and Carly's expertise and dedication ensured everything went off without a hitch. Despite a few bumps in the road with another vendor, Carly went above and beyond to ensure that our day remained seamless and stress-free. Her calm demeanor and quick thinking kept everything on track, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. We cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and attention to detail. With a guest count of approx. 300, we were initially concerned about the logistics, but Carly handled everything with ease. From coordinating the seating arrangements and delivery of tables from an outside vendor to ensuring every detail matched our vision, she truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Honestly, in addition to the venue vibe, Carly was the real reason we chose The Nardini Manor in the first place, and we are so grateful that we did. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our happiness made all the difference. We cannot recommend The Nardini Manor enough to any couple looking for the perfect place to celebrate their love. Thank you for making our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of and more. Any poor reviews listed honestly have nothing to do with the venue or the team at Nardini. The Nardini allows you as the bride and groom to bring your visions to life, so all choices are made by the bride and groom, including the ceremony location & time. The venue allows you to choose where you hold your ceremony and it's up to the bride and groom to bring shade or alert guests if they need to bring umbrellas or their shade etc. As for any scents, we never smelt manure or anything foul from the dairy farm down the road. The venue has no control over that either; with that being said, we had 300 guests who had no issues and all who gave us so many compliments on the venue. It is very private and excluded from the hustle and bustle of daily life allowing us and our guests to step into our fairy-tale just for our day. We don't have our professional photos back yet, but as soon as we get them we will add them to this review. Here are just some from our families!

Also did not like that they used our full government name for the leaderboard (especially bc this was sent via email)- would've liked the option for an alias or just first names. The VR game was very immersive (reminded me of Disney's VOID but scaled down). The racing simulator and 7D experience was just ok. Colton needs to be recognized because once he took over helping us with the attractions our experience went from 3 to 5 stars.
