Came to Az and first thing we had to do, Buc-ee's!!!! Was late and wanted to find a place nearby. First thing you notice is the confusing entrance. Different than other hotels, this one has a single door entrance. Easy to mistake it for the back or side entrance. Lobby is on the smaller side Once inside things are great. Interiors look newly renovated. Dining / breakfast area is well decorated and furniture looks newly renovated. Once we got our key, wife commented hall way is one of the nicest hallways we saw Hotels in this chain tend to have standard height ceilings and occasionally popcorn. We were happily surprised w high ceilings w/o popcorn!!!. Interior was clean and furnishings looked fairly new. Bathroom looked newly renovated w sliding frameless shower doors. Minor ding: air conditioner was a bit loud; kids found tv small. Would easily come back. Bonus, can visit Buc-ee's for more souvenir :-) read more

Driving to L.A. from New Mexico frequently, this is one of our favorite hotels to stay at. Just recently renovated, clean and quiet since it's a ways off I10. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the staff are all very welcoming and nice. Breakfast is free and a lot of great options. Spacious parking lot with ample spaces. The hotel has a pool but we've never used it. Looks clean, though! The air conditioning in the room is perfect! The fitness room is really nice! Two treadmills, one elliptical and a bike. Nice selections of mats, weights, and exercise balls. Water refill station. The AC was wonderful in there! (I always run hot!) We have no complaints about our stays here. Highly recommend! read more

I would stay here again, but it definitely wasn't 5 star. The staff at the front desk is amazing. Each employee we interacted with was friendly and SUPER accommodating. As a pet friendly hotel, I appreciated the pet area. I did NOT appreciate the maintenance workers that made it a point to showcase their fear of my pit bull/boxer mix. If you're afraid of dogs, please don't work in a hotel that allows pets. Breakfast is not worth it. It's all grab and go stuff. NO chairs by the pool, so even if we wanted to go swimming, there'd be nowhere for us to relax afterwards. We did hang out in the hot tub for a bit, but had to bring the towels from our room since none were available at the pool. read more

Overall, an ok stay. Hubby booked this hotel on a 3rd party site as a combo w flight. We arrived and were somewhat greeted by Steve. Steve asked hubby for name, skimmed the screen for 3 seconds and informed him there was no reservation. I asked him to check by last name first. Nope. Once hubby showed Steve his confirmation, the reservation magically appeared. Apparently it was hubby's entire name together without spaces. I would think that reservation would have stood out and been easy to locate but I guess not if you barely looked. We were given room 313. We ventured up to our room. The elevator was spacious yet in desperate need of new carpet... or clean carpet for starters. We walked in our room and it was nice. Spacious w a full kitchen, king bed, desk, pull out couch, etc. Overall the room was ok. It was clean and well stocked. Definitely needed a couch shampoo, new carpet as the carpet was coming up and a firm mattress. The tv was nice. It swivels and had a lot of channels. Walkable location as there are shopping centers, restaurants, coffee-shops nearby. Oh, this place offers free breakfast too and free on-site parking. Both of those amenities are always a plus!! Stayed for three nights on business. The area is great, a lot to do, plenty of shopping, food places etc. The hotel was clean and the staff was overall very friendly. Only problem I had was the toilet (faulty seal) but they came up and fixed it immediately. I do wish they had some USB ports as some of my electronics plugs would fall out of the sockets. The breakfast is what you would expect. Nothing to rave about but absolutely worked. This place would be great if I was in town for a long stay with the Full Size fridge and stove plus kitchen was well stocked with dinner ware and cutlery. The entrance is odd, it is not a large open door like most hotels. It seems more like a side door which had me concerned about what I was getting into when I arrived. Honestly it's a 2.5 The room by itself is probably a 3.5. Bed was really soft which I know you can't completely satisfy everyone with firm or softness but this bed was on the soft side of soft. Not end of work for me. TV was almost 90 degrees from the bed. Desk was nice, had a part that slide out and could be used from couch or bed if you wanted. I did like that for the studying and work I had to complete. Fridge was smaller than a normal kitchen fridge but worked. Microwave was good, coffee maker was good too, it had a stove top that I never used. The kitchen area also was complete with most common utensils. Bathroom was ok. My biggest beef with most hotel bathrooms is the shower head being so low, again I'm 6'4" so I get you can't make it work for everyone. I guess due to Covid the breakfast was scaled back and was honestly kinda weak. Some fruit the first day I was there, rest of the week only oranges. The pre-made breakfast tacos that needed to be microwaved and were some mornings barely edible. OJ and Apple Juice were not mixed right most mornings. I had very little interaction with staff but any time I did was good experience. There is decent amount of food choices close by right on the other side of I-10 so that made breakfast lunch and dinners easy to grab or sit and eat if you desired. Had a quick stay at this hotel and I loved every single bit of it! What I liked the most was the ir feels more like a studio rather than a hotel room, you got your fridge, oven, microwave, sink, everything in place! Really enjoyed very much all of it. The staff was nice and friendly, which always make the stay that much better. The hotel itself was super clean and everything in place. When back around the Goodyear area I'll be definitely staying at this hotel again. I like the location and really like the hotel as well. 5 stars :) read more

Went online 9/12/2023 at about 10:40am to book room for October. Two queen bed room advertised for 21,000 points. I clicked "Select" and computer system processed selection and then charged me 23,000 points. I called Marriott reservation desk and was told" it was a computer glitch and that is the way it is". To me this is false and misleading advertising. Very unethical to show one price and then charge another. I am 80 years old, been a Marriott customer for over 30 years, achieved lifetime Platinum and they just destroyed all there credibility with me. Will never recommend them and only use them if I must in the future! read more

The rooms are nice, the staff was really kind and the location was perfect (right off I-10)... the only drawback was the entryway to the lobby, it's just 2 sets of doors - not sliding doors or anything, just regular glass doors - not double wide doors, just a single frame glass door - one right after the other. I wasn't even sure i was entering the lobby, it felt like i was sneaking in the back - but in the front! Thankfully i was traveling with only a carrying case this particular trip, if i had my larger gear, getting into the hotel would have been a real nightmare. Hotel is centrally located. It's near the airport, lots of restaurants, a block away from the Asskickin' gift shop and not too far from the State Capitol. Small drawback is that it's near to a field so there was a light manure smell when we first arrived. Two bedroom suites are located at the end of the hallway. Very spacious and very clean with 3 TV's and full kitchen. Bathroom is kinda small but lots of towels provided. Down the hallway, there's a space with couches and tables for small gatherings. (great idea!) Free breakfast ends at 10am, which is better than other hotels. We had a great time and glad we selected this venue. read more

If you stay here, please bring your own toilet paper. Really.. the TP they put in the room is so cheap it will make you bleed. On the plus side, they do have Kleenex so if you don't bring your own TP, you can use that. The included breakfast was good for the value. The floor around the pool is generally clean, but there are cigarette buts in the cracks that look like they been there a while. I think they do a good job of sweeping, but need to clean the dips in the pool patio that a broom won't capture. The plus side? All of the staff I interacted with were professional and customer service oriented. The suites are stocked with the most important kitchenware for an extended stay. All of this being said, I'll be back as I have family to visit nearby and the price/location works. read more

This is a mixed review and i had thoughts either way that would change the rating between a 1 and a 4, so I decided to break it down as follows. 1. First impressions. 4 stars. This location is right off the freeway, has plenty of parking and is located in an area with several restaurants and is also nearby the race track nothing overly fancy, but just fine business people. 2.Check in and greeting 4 stars. My company pre paid for 3 of us and everything was in order and we didnt have any problems. - Odd moment 1 star. The person at the front desk was nice checking 3 of us in to 3 different rooms, but after i unloaded my luggage from my car and heading back to park, she said something along the lines of " make sure your coworker brings the trolly back" . uh what ? one of my guys used he luggage cart to bring things to his room.. and if he doesnt return it the 30 feet to the lobby.. this is my problem? . eh whatever. . but there is a bonus of fresh, slightly burned cookies between 5 an 6. 3. Getting settled in. 2 stars The room was large, 2 queen beds, with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, cookware etc. with a view of the pool.. Cool! .. well.. found dust covering the top of the fridge, dust on the microwave, and a hair in the tub.. kinda gross, but otherwise looked clean.. I also opened the freezer to grab the ice bucket and found a partially used cocktail.. possibly from the maid or the previous visitor see pics. 4. sleep, chill time, etc. 3 stars the beds were comfy and the sheets looked clean, the noise level was average, nothing amazing, nothing bad. just about right.. Odd grosser note Negative 4 stars .. at some point i knocked my glasses off the night stand and they fell behind, so i moved the nightstand and found a pile of dust bunnies, a collection of pens, a bottle cap, and an empty bag of beef jerky.. wtf, gross. this must be on the once a year schedule to be cleaned. .. i left the items as found, less my glasses.. see pic. 5. The breakfast... after day 5. 1.5 stars . kill me. its the exact same thing over, and over and over. and no coffee 4 out of 5 times. I informed the lady running the breakfast bar that the coffee and she looked up and said " coffeeeee" ?? and walked away... weird.. i assume she was making more coffee? i'll never know. The fried eggs with black pepper were so so the first day and i grew to loathe these things day after day... the round sausage patties were so so as well.. . i had some regret after day 1, but i was able to work through the discomfort to try again the next day. The toaster seems to have 2 settings .."carbonized black" and "raw" .. i couldnt' seem to cook a bagel right to save my life. The fruit was gross, the oranges were small, bruised and a day from rot, I did see some canned fruit salad, but i didnt want to chance it. There was oatmeal available, but eh.. not feeling it, I think the only safe bet was cereal and boxed milk or yogurt. .. Please for the love of god change the menu every other day or something. .. I did muster the courage to try the waffle maker with the pre poured batter .. it was ok. The lady running the breakfast seemed like she was trying, but not doin so hot. read more

I've stayed here a few times. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are very clean. They have a great breakfast bar with a good selection of food and drink to start the morning off. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurant selections nearby. I would highly recommend. read more

Easy access on and off freeway. Great amenities nearby- target, gas stations, fast food and sit down restaurants. Comfortable beds! Not too soft not too hard- right down the middle! Great pillow variety too- however I am at that stage in life where I being my own! Whoa! How'd that happen?!?! Loved the space planning for the studio suites! Great layout! Full fridge microwave... Free breakfast- yogurts milk juice oatmeal and stuff to make toast and breakfast sandwiches. Laundry facilities .. BBQ ... Pool... Friendly staff... Good stuff! read more

This place was PERFECT for my girlfriends and I to stay at while we visited our other girlfriend that lives in Buckeye. We got a two room suite for five nights and it had everything we needed and more. The suite included a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, sink, and all the basics. They have a good sized pool and a hot tub, which we ended up using one night, and we also used their outside BBQ for making dinner as well, which was really handy. Their breakfast was awesome, included lots of different things like waffles, oatmeal, and a great station where you can make your own sausage muffin with egg! Great idea! It looked like it was also dog-friendly, which is an awesome plus, and they also had a little store with sodas and snacks you can buy at the front desk as well. Our room was VERY quiet, in fact we did not hear any other guests the whole time we were there! It was a unit on the end, which was very secluded and fit our needs perfectly. The beds were SOOO comfortable, with wonderful white linens. Every night I slept like a rock! Lots of outlets everywhere for charging your phones and laptops was also a big plus. The shower was clean and had great water pressure, and the shower/toilet were in one room, and the sink/vanity were out in the hall, so you didn't have to wait on someone in the bathroom to use the sink, very convenient! This location is also very central to everything, as for most things we didn't have to travel far at all. There is lots of shopping and groceries and food right close nearby in Goodyear, so you don't spend a lot of time driving around. Overall we all had a great time here, and it fit our needs perfectly. When we come back in the area to go see our friend in Buckeye, we will definitely stay here again! read more

My parents came into town for the weekend and we were all pleasantly surprised by how nice their adapted room was. Large galley kitchenette, large bathroom with pull down chair, built in storage, and a neat desk/table. They will definitely stay here next time they are in Goodyear. read more

This is perfect for my family , all of my family which includes our dog. I have always been a marriott fan so I was not surprised that the Towne Suites offered all the perks we need when we are away from home. Free wifi, parking, and breakfast! Great hotel in a great location. We had a very nice view from the third floor. The room was very clean and beautiful. Very modern cabinets and kitchenette. As a Marriott rewards member, all of my requests were met. I love extra pillows and extra bath linens. The bed is always comfy!!! It would be nice to lay in bed all day, but business must be conducted. Lol. Our bed had 9 pillows and slept like a cloud. The lobby has a make believe dog as soon as you walk in, but it took a second to realize it wasn't real because at first glance it looks real. Check In was pretty smooth. I requested to get in at noon via the app and it was granted. I'm always pleased with Marriott and enjoy staying when I travel. The lobby is very clean and has plenty of seating in what appears to be the dining area. Everything was great, with the exception of one of the entrance bulbs not working. So if it's a big deal, maintenance can swap it out and keep the room at its 10/10 star rating. read more

Stayed here for four nights in a two-bedroom suite and was really satisfied. The suite included a full kitchen and was stocked with basics like salt and pepper. The room was clean and just about perfect for our needs. The staff really went out of their way accommodating our requests (is there any bakeware? how about some scissors? etc), so that was appreciated. Don't expect too much from the breakfast offering; it included all the basics but nothing special. The fruit-cocktail-esque-salad and pre-packaged muffin assortment did not impress. On the bright side, there is fresh bread available, so we didn't need to buy a whole loaf for our room when we really only wanted toast. The pool was pretty small, but we weren't really there for an Olympic swimming experience. There is a hot tub, which was great. All in all, big callout for the staff; they were all friendly and very helpful. read more

First let me say the address is 13971 Celebrate Life Way not Fillmore. The staff was really friendly and recommended food places we could walk to. We had a 53ft truck so it did not fit in the parking lot so we parked in the dirt lot behind the hotel. The pool was small and not quite as nice as pictured. The beds were comfortable and breakfast the next day was average. The staff working breakfast was great!!! Nice place to rest your head. read more

Apparently, 'studio suite' is a euphemism for 'nice dorm room with a larger bed and kitchenette.' A standard size hotel room, only a single accent chair (no sofa or loveseat), a wall-unit desk/armoire, and desk chair. . . Add a small bathroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, bar sink and 2-burner cooktop. . . This is apparently Marriott's idea of an extended stay studio suite under this brand. Well, as a frequent traveler who spends hundreds of nights a year in hotels, I must tell them they failed with this concept. The majority of staff are friendly, although housekeeping service can be inconsistent. It's often a bit of a lottery whether towels will be replaced, trash emptied, or in-room coffee service restocked from day-to-day. All things considered, a reliable and semi-comfortable place for a shorter stay, but I would look elsewhere for extended accommodations. read more

Stayed here for 4 nights to prepare for a nursing exam. They were wonderful. The room was quiet and clean. They even gave my study group the conference room for a long study session. The breakfast selection includes Almond milk, which I appreciate. They have coffee, tea, cocoa and lemon water available 24/7. The hot tub is great. You can print at the computer station as needed. I stayed in this hotel from Jan 9th- Jan 15th while visiting family in Goodyear. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need for hotel living. My room was on the 4th floor and was really quiet. The bed was comfortable and they give you lots of pillows. I will be staying here for all my visits to the area. read more
