I've stayed with this chain before, and it's a step up from most of the franchised chains one encounters on the interstates. In over 50 years, the company has expanded to 150 inns in 30 states, under the brands of Drury Inn, Drury Plaza and Pear Tree Inns. The rooms and site are immaculate, facilities and amenities are well maintained, a complimentary breakfast is very extensive, and uniquely, they offer the free "5:30 Kickback" which is a happy hour with an extensive snack offering. A solid B+ on the amenities. I'll seek them out in my future travels.

Wine your traveling with two children a good hotel breakfast can save you $30-$40. The price of this hotel will make you think it's a little too rough but I think it's low because of the casino a few miles away. Save some money and stay here.

Today the staff member Johnny went above and beyond for me when Booking.com had an error that they charged me for the room but made it impossible for me to get checked in at the hotel, through NO FAULT of the Hotel. However, since Booking.com refused to fix the simple issue, the Manager (Johnny) fixed the issue without me receiving any extra expense, as a matter of fact his actions saved me a lot of money, and I thank him for that, while I would advise everyone to stay away from Booking.com as they will refuse to fix their mistakes without it costing you more money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area.

She checked us out and we went to our room. I was genuinely waiting for a hidden camera crew to come out because I thought we were being Punk'd with the level of disgusting the room was. You'll see in my photos, multiple unidentified stains on the bedding, chairs, and other surfaces. Even the ceiling?? How that happens, I don't know. The peephole had chewing gum in it and the bathroom was missing tiles. The lock on the door was literally, I kid you not, held on by a breadtie. I unzipped the mattress covers and saw clear signs of bed bugs after investigating with my phone flashlight. We went to the front desk and asked for a new room. Showed the lady pictures and she said, "Well, that's under the mattress cover." Okay??? You still sleep ON that mattress. She showed us another room, which was just as disgusting as the first one. We asked for written proof for a refund and she said they don't do that. VERY suspicious and we'll be speaking with our bank to dispute the charge. I'm also emailing photos to the management, which by the looks of his replies to other reviews, will probably fall on deaf ears. Do yourself a favor and don't touch this place with a 2-mile pole. The bathroom is small but adequate and cleaner than most chain hotels and the beds are comfortable. There is a gift shop/flower shop type across the street as well as a convenience store and a few other places within walking distance. This is an older motel so if you are looking for new or upscale, this isn't it. It is off the highway so quiet and convenient to grocery store.
