They were apologetic at the time and assured us we would receive a refund. We booked through priceline and were told to request the refund through them and that they would approve it. We requested the refund through priceline, who have tried multiple times to reach out to the manager, Harry for approval. He has not responded or honored our refund. We are requesting a refund of our night's stay, and warning other guests, DO NOT stay at this location. They have an infestation issue and are clearly unwilling to address it with their victims/guests.

The blinds and shades were first-class. THIS HOTEL IS HEAD-AND-SHOULDERS ABOVE ANYTHING ELSE IN PARIS, TEXAS!!! Anyway, as for the breakfast, yes, it was free, but it was also not warm. It looked great, but was obviously made way ahead of time and care was not taken to keep it hot. The oatmeal was also undercooked. Next couple of days go by and someone reaches out by email asking for "photo evidence" as "they did a thorough search and found nothing". After sending our "proof" WITH TIMESTAMPS they still made no offer to make it right. It wasn't until I asked about compensation, that they decided to not charge us for the night we checked out at 11:30pm! I would hope I wouldn't get charged for a night I didn't stay, but what about the other TWO nights where bugs could have been making their way into our belongings, just to be carried into our own home.
