There was no breakfast once someone showed up.\nThere was weak coffee , not even a muffin or a roll ? The bathroom had patches of paint jobs all over it.The cooking looked moldy and saw more than a couple roaches , only one trash container in rome? Small trash bin fills up quick. Now the part. That grossed me out, the bed cover had stains on it.Some look like blood bed wasn't made up very neatly.\nLook like it was made by a ten year old. No plastic or paper cups in room . No coffee Maker in room that's very rare. Being that they offer very lito begin with. It looked interesting from the outside.The offis triangular with a glass front, overlooking McGuire Air Force base. That's the best part. I didn't come here for the view. When I arrived, a police car was dropping someone off here.Maybe it's a part time jail as well. In the back there's a lot more of the hotel two stories. Come at your own risk. We booked this hotel and left in 25 minutes. This is a really rough part of town and the property is not maintained to even a low standard. It's next to a strip mall and there were a bunch of degenerates hanging outside by the dollar store which is right next to the hotel. This is a motel not a hotel as the doors can all be accessed from the outside. The outside stairs up to our room had trash on them. When we got to the room it was not clean. Stains on the bed cover and unclean floors. Missing paint in random areas of the room. Didn't get much further than that because the fire alarm started sounding intermittently for the next 15 minutes. At that point we had enough and dropped off the keys at the front desk. The guy was still overwhelmed because the alarms were still going off intermittently when we left. Sounds ridiculous right? It was. Take my word for it or don't and you can reply to my post here or add your own at that point. read more

The rooms are no joke because the smoke from the cigarettes comes in often inside. I think it's unfair for people who don't smoke have to deal with this problem, especially those who have respiratory issues. Btw, I stayed for 3 nights ^ I don't like how I had to buy an air freshener spray, just to get rid of the smoke in the room. Also, the WiFi is terrible, even if they give you the password on the room key card and the TV doesn't have a good signal. The bathroom towels are so dirty and it looked like it hasn't been washed and reused for many years. I recommend bringing your own towels if you end up staying and wearing the sandals indoors and in the bathroom since the floors are dirty. The fans in the bathroom doesn't work Overall, I don't recommend staying at this inn tbh because there's a lot of smokers at night :( read more

Writing to inform your brand that the Days Inn Wrightstown is not what is expected for a 2/3 star hotel. The hotel needs to come off the list for Government employees in the Defense Travel System. First no check in on the inside. I had to check in as if it was night time at a window outside. I get the one key and head to room. As I was going to room I guess the gutters didn't work because I had to walk under the waterfall from the roof to get to my room. Once in my room there was a musty. The room needs painting. The walls were dirty. A customer can tell we're some sort of maintenance was done to the room. A panel that was cut before on the wall was cracking and I could slide a quarter between three of the plastered and painted holes in the wall. The room wasn't vacuumed as there were sunflower seeds on floor. The bathroom. The light cover is chipped. The ceiling was dirty in the bathroom. There was some type of stain on the ceiling. Missing floor tile. Three hole in the wall. Somebody took it upon themselves to fix it by stuffing toilet paper in the hole. The air vent in the bathroom over the tub was dusty and dirty. Walls dirty. Carpet dirty. Carpet old. Sockets broken. No cover over light over mirror. AC unit dirty and dusty. If I can stand in front of it and see the dirt there is an issue of cleanliness. AC temperature knob adjust missing. Light frames rusted. Fear of mold as the tub needs to be caulked along the lower seam inside the shower. Bathroom and front door dirty. This hotel is bringing down your brand and with this stay I have doubts I'd stay at another hotel under your brand regardless if it is a government option or personal. And it looks like people stay here. Something needs to be done because my coworker doesn't even have a bathroom door in her room. read more

This hotel isn't even worth one star. Worst place we have ever had to stay in. We stayed here two years ago and it wasn't the best but it was at least clean. This hotel is basically filled with people living here. It was a trashy unclean and unkept mess. Full of shady people. I walked out of our room and a man was standing at our window was looking me up and down. I turned around and went right back into the room. Had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and towels. The guy behind the desk did bring them to our room. But our phone wasn't hooked up it was thrown on the top shelf in the closet. So you couldn't even call the front desk and ask for them. When asked for another room they said there are none. Also couldn't give me a refund the guy working stated I needed to talk to the management she would be there at noon the next day. Of course I wouldn't be there then. They have a pool but that wasn't opened. Pet friendly but when walking by a room a huge dog was growling and barking and jumping at the window just going crazy. Our room was non smoking but smelled of cigarettes and weed. You can see that smoking was going on in there by the pic I posted of the smoke alarm. You can see on the pics I've posted how horrible this place was. Wouldn't recommend anyone staying here. I could go on about how horrible but the pics already show you. This was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I have stayed in many Days Inn and this was beyond disappointing. To start, you can't even walk inside to check in. You had to stay outside, in the wind and cold to check in at a window. The hotel attendant was cold, dry, and down right rude. We arrived at 1:30pm. Check in is not until 3pm. Although we arrived early, I will say I've never not been able to check in early, it was only by an hour and a half! You're going to tell me no rooms were clean?! When we asked about check in she sternly stated check in isn't until 3 and when I began to ask if any rooms cleaned yet she cut me off and said they are still cleaning. Since this place is in the middle of no where we all waited in the car until 3. So not off to a great start. My room door was not easy to get into. Handle doesn't work when turned down like normal, had to turn handle up and attempt 2-3 times to open before it actually opened. Then the hotel just looks like a dump. The photos online are extremely misleading!! Now I wasn't expecting 5 star of course but cmon, some cleanliness at least. It was dirty and dingy. We had a non smoking room. Even a sign in the room that said there would be a fee for smoking the room. Our room reeked of smoke! Horrible! When I went to shower the water didn't get hot! By this time we were just exhausted and over it and were ready to go see our family which we had been waiting to do. The next day my key already didn't work. No it was never near my phone. I went to the same front attendant, still with a cold and dry demeanor. She fixed my key and I let her know about the hot water. She sternly and blatantly said I must run the water for 20 min first. She said it as if that was normal! 20 minutes!!! Which I actually tried. The water did get warmer but emphasis on warm. Just warm enough to tolerate being in the shower just long enough to wash off. The area isn't the greatest either. Can't say we ever felt safe. You can hear everything! And our door - even with the trouble to get in- didn't close tightly so we had the wind coming into our room. Had to put the chair furniture in front of the door each night. Needless to say this was a terrible experience. I will never be back. I only endured it for the 2 nights we did because I had already paid and it was a quick trip. I know better next time. Definitely not worth $175 for two nights! read more

I usually do not leave bad reviews but I have a long ride home and I want to remember to never go to this place again. Upon arrival and checking in I asked about the breakfast that is prominently advertised on a sign at the front desk. I was advised that it would be coffee and granola bars. Once we entered the non smoking room we noticed a strong smell of smoking. The floor was obviously dirty, the pillow was stained, the sheets were spotted, towels were probably not washed. When we opened the draw in the bed side table we were greeted by a roach who ran off before I could take his picture or step on him. He was probably headed to an establishment that better met his standards. The front desk was not happy to provide us another room. In the new room there was no roach. I assume they just hid better. It was similarly dirty but what sent me was the dirty toilet seat. I brought Clorox wipes to clean it. I would have taken a picture but I really needed to use it quick. For a cheap hotel it was a cheap hotel. read more

BEWARE, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL******* We booked this hotel through Priceline. It was advertised to include breakfast. We arrived at check in. The desk clerk said they had our reservation and it was already paid for. He took a card for incidentals. We asked about breakfast and he pointed to a coffee pot and said coffee is breakfast. We went to the room and immediately noticed that it was infested with roaches. We returned to the front desk and explained that we didn't feel comfortable staying due to the roaches. The clerk said he understood and mentioned that they just took over the property. He said that he would refund the price of the room, but they were out of paper so he couldn't provide a receipt. We took him at his word and just wanted to leave and find another place to stay. Upon return home, I noticed that we were charged $88.83 through Priceline and an additional $62.27 directly through the hotel. We also paid $138.80 at the new hotel. I contacted Priceline and was told they would need to get approval from the hotel to credit us. Each time Priceline contacted the hotel, they were told the manager stepped away and they would call back in an hour. The calls and e-mails from Priceline to the hotel were never returned. I finally contacted Wyndham customer care and they contacted the hotel and asked them to reach out to me to resolve the issue. I was able to get a refund of the 2nd charge of 62.27, but not the 88.83. The hotel clerk told me that they are not affiliated with Priceline. They told Priceline it was a non refundable room. The Priceline reps said they cannot refund the room without the hotels authorization. It's was a viscous circle. The hotel staff could not tell us when the "manager" would be available and also states that they just started working there and and didn't know the managers name or contact information. Angel, the other clerk, acknowledged that Priceline had called her and she needed to return their call, but it never happened. I highly doubt that this situation will ever be resolved. I did make a request to both Wyndham and Priceline that we'd be satisfied with a voucher or gift certificate in the amount of our refund due (88.83) at another Wyndham or Priceline hotel in the future. Both companies said that wouldn't be an option. However, Priceline said they could offer a coupon for 20% off a future stay. My husband made the mistake of using a debit card instead of a credit card for the booking. Lesson learned as we know any reputable credit card company would have refunded us the charge and pursued the reimbursement for us. read more

Nooooo, my fault I should've read the reviews before booking this room. Nasty, my children said their was hair in the microwave and the refrigerator. I thought they were planking me. Ewwwe the only way is the rag or water they used to clean the bathroom, they used to clean the microwave and the fridge. At least they have a Dollar Tree and Dollar General up the street. Pathetic calling coffee and granola bars light breakfast not my idea of breakfast but just me. The tv hdmi cord broken and the receptionist saying we didn't need it. I traveled here on military orders and had to stay the night. I was exhausted from traveling and just got the first inn I could find, which was this one. The front desk lady was really nice and friendly. She said the WiFi is stronger the closer you are to the office so I got the room 2 rooms from the office. The WiFi was still bad. The parking lot wasn't lite well and reminded me of those scary motel movies. Inside it was nicer then I expected at first glance. Further inspection I could see some flaws like the bathroom being outdated and stained. Bed, pillow and sheets all felt hotel quality. Remote was missing the battery cover on the back. AC looked on the newer side. Overall it's what is to be expected in the middle of no where, where they probably don't get much visitors. The price was decent, I paid $80 for 1 night with military discount. If you are looking for something more bang for your buck, stay at the quality inn. In my opinion it's closed to hotel standards there for literally about the same price. read more

Had a reservation for Saturday March 27th. For one night. I reserved a King size room. It was for myself and our two small dogs both under 30 pounds. On the day of check in I called to see about early check in and was told that they only allow one dog in king bed rooms and that they were offering me a 50% refund. I requested a total refund and was told to call the owner on Monday. I called Rupa Gorgandi, the owner, and she was not only RUDE, telling me to leave my dogs at home but refused to accept that her policies are unclear and led to this misunderstanding. I have called corporate who is trying to assist me. But to have to scramble and find a pet friendly hotel on a Saturday was extremely inconvenient. I booked the Days Inn for an Air Force reunioun I was attending and thought that the bad reviews didnt matter since I would only be there for a couple of days and the hotel was 50% cheaper than the one up the street, I was wrong! I'm rating the hotel 2 Stars for effort; the staff at the front desk were very freindly and the sheets were clean. Unfortunatley very little else seemed clean; the carpets were sticky...yes sticky, the bathrooms had missing sealant all over the place with the subsequent musty/mildew smell. Towels had seen better days as well as all of the furniture in the room. My first night a small army of drunk GIs partied until the wee hours of the morning in the parking lot...needless to say but it was very loud! No thank you; I'll spend the extra $$$ next time and stay elsewhere! read more

We had stayed in this hotel many times before, but hadn't been there in about 2 years. We were very disappointed with our stay this time and honestly even at the low prices, would never stay there again. The stairs are rusted, broken and dangerous to walk on and the railings are so rusted that they are not even attached in most sections of the 2nd floor. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the sheets and blankets had burn holes in them even though we requested and booked a non smoking room. The shower curtain was covered in mold and the microwave and refrigerator were just filthy, and each night at about 3am, we were woken up by loud bangs and other assorted noises through the walls. Since we were staying there because of opening weekend of Fright Fest, my daughter and I put Halloween window clings up on the window. The person from the office yelled at us across the parking lot informing us that "since we don't live there, we should have asked permission to put them up"? Like I said we had stayed there before and always decorated the window of our room...so I found this to be absurd considering the condition of the hotel rooms. read more

Would not recommend this place. Then room was dirty. It looked like the person(s) that stayed there before left and "housekeeping" just made the bed. The top sheet didn't look clean. The towel still had like a orange makeup on the one side. There was no hot water for a motel that looked like nobody was staying at. I called the front desk to tell them about the water and was told "let the water run for 30 minutes" at that time the water was room temperature. I ended up going to friends house to shower. ( that's what the guy told me on the phone ) Thursday morning the cleaning lady's walked into my room WITHOUT KNOCKING . I said I don't need cleaning service.... 11:00 came around the "owner" who was extremely rude , came banging on my door saying I need to get out.! I told her I'm unaware of what she's talking about because my check out date was supposed to be Friday, she told me she didn't care and needed to get out. I told her she will need to wait until I get my stuff packed because at the time my boyfriend was at work. She then told me was going to call a trooper and she didn't care. She saw I was upset and trying to get everything out of my room with my dog. SHE THEN SHUT THE POWER OFF IN MY ROOM SO THE WHOLE TIME I WAS TRYING TO GET MY BELONGINGS OUT I WAS THE DARK. After I finally checked out she then had me pay a $50 late check out fee. Watch is very unfair because I did not know that I had to be leaving that day. I would of never stayed past checkout! You need a hazmat suit to stay in these rooms: 1) non-smoking room smelled like smoke; strong odor; 2) Some of the rooms were located in dimly lit areas, appeared unsafe to check in at night or leave room at night; 3) Rooms are dirty, dingy. Carpet is dirty, dusty; smells bad; Furniture is dirty. 4) Bedspread is dirty; smells bad; 5) old tv 6) bathroom is a nightmare. I did not shower. The reviews I read here are so different from my own experience that I have to wonder if this place is under new management or what. Anyhow I'm a union organizer so I stay at a lot of cheap motels, mostly Red Roofs, and the quality differs greatly. I got a smoking room, but unlike most smoking rooms at cheap motels, or even some at better quality hotels, it didn't smell of stale smoke. Now a non-smoker may have been able to detect it, but to me it smelled like a non-smoking room. When it comes to cheap motels that's a good sign they're doing things right. Fridge was cold and in working order. Nothing falling apart, only real complaint was the shower, which was fine for heat and water pressure but the curtain was a bit off so you couldn't close it 100%, but that was okay cause it's not like water got everywhere. The rooms at the Quality Inn down the road are bigger and a bit nicer, but that's more than offset by the Wifi internet quality. I mentioned this to the manager who said he was glad to hear that because he'd recently upgraded so he'd have the best Wifi in the area. Also Dunkin Donuts right next door which is awesome in the morning-- yeah they got the free breakfast at the hotel, but I didn't even check it out, just walked a few steps to DD for a bagel and coffee. A word about the manager (probably owner too)...younger South Asian guy, probably in his 20s, hungry to grow his business. He was asking me about getting my group to stay there instead of Quality Inn down the street (which some of my crew and team leader were at), and due to the nature of organizing campaigns, I told him it was unlikely such a large group would be down again, but if they sent me back for a contract campaign I'd tell the union to send me here, and that I'd give him a good review on Yelp and he asked me if I'd also review on TripAdvisor, I said yes, so that's what I'm doing now. The reason I mention this stuff about the owner is a young guy hungry to grow his business will do his best to make sure you have a good stay, especially if you're with a group. If I were a contractor for McGuire AFB/Ft. Dix, I'd definitely take that into account. Days Inn gets less business than the Quality Inn at the moment looks like (I'm guessing due to some of the stuff mentioned by other reviewers here), but the guy is upping his game to try to attract more business so give the place a look at least. read more

This will be rough but worth the read if you are considering a place to stay when visiting the parks or base. This is for the ones that just want the final verdict - AVOID! For those that want to know why, continue reading. The check-in and wifi, did work well. After the check-in process it's a down hill spiral. So, a friend, not on Yelp, picked the site, because of its close proximity to Great Adventure. First, there is a Days Inn that is closer and many other hotels that would have been better, I'm sure. After reading the reviews, I was a little unbiased but hoped for the best. The room - We walked in and on the floor was little plastic tag holders. You know, the piece of plastic used to hold on the price tags. Yep, 4 on the middle of the floor. I picked them up and placed them on my 1980's TV. Just getting in after a day at the park, we were hot ans sweaty, so the shower was my next stop. Shower was disgusting. At least 3 long black hairs. One on the shower wal, very visible and two others hanging from the handle, not as visible but nasty. If I were not a real outdoorsy kind of guy, I would have ran out of there screaming. but, I just took pics to share later and took my shower, one eye on the hairs at all times. The one on the wall was missing after my shower. Not sure where that one went. Will haunt me forever... So, the next morning, I learned that the staff can not read. clearly marked on my door was the hotel supplied door hanger stating what I thought was Do Not disturb. I guess that was for other guest, not the not so good cleaning people. Well, since your here asking if I need towels, waking me from my slumber, take a look at what I found on my floor last night when I checked in. No seriously, take it, not take it. I insist. Reluctantly she took the tags as I began to explain the filthy room she began to take defense, gained her intelligence quickly and apologized. she would return in a few minutes to tell me how sorry she was and that she would personally clean my room when we left for the day. Well, we were in town for the hottest days on record so ice in the coolers would be a plus. After spending 5 minutes at the dumb machine, same cleaning lady come up to try. This machine was working earlier she said...I was giving her the senior lips by this time. There was no evidence this machine had ever worked. Well, it did not produce any ice for our entire stay. Ice in this small town may be their source of income sine what would have been $2 in DC and MD was $4 in this town. On to the continental breakfast - we arrived about 8 am. Not too early or too late. Coffee was out and they were out of forks and knives. So, my son and I waited for the guy to prepare a knew pot of coffee, which he questioned my ability to determine empty or not. Did you push here? In my mind I was like, dude? you push the button. Did you not here the empty gurgle and slurp from over there? He walked over to push and confirmed my earlier finding. OBTW, I was the 2nd person to do the push test and confirm and advise. Needless to say, he made the coffee and raced out to get forks I guess. My son and I made our waffles, which were very good BTW, and buttered, syrup-ed and ate with our hands. Not a problem, I like licking my fingers. We should have sat on the floor. Did I mention he raced out? So, the phone rang...and rang...and rang...new customers walked up. Did he leave no one in charge while he raced out? He returned to a full room. Phone ringing off the hook and I just shook my head like. Was this his 1st day? Back to the room after a day at the park. Hair was still in the bathroom, and my coffee packs had not been replenished. Guess here you only get one cup. So, now, I decide I am going to really start to look at my room. Smashed flies and moths on the walls were just starting to be noticed. If we would have been here with girlfriends or wives, we would have been here for 5 minutes tops. this was a fathers and kids trip. Thanks for keeping it nasty. They did have a pool, but after seeing how they kept up the rooms, the pool was not an option. read more

Before I go on about the negative, the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the staff was very pleasant, polite and helpful. First I booked a non-smoking room and then received a smoking room. I tried to change this but was told the entire hotel was booked for the weekend so I had to deal with this which disgusted me. For someone who isn't a smoker or has kids this was a total disappointment. Next the bathroom door was completely hanging of the hinges. There was no way to close the bathroom door at all. It stayed propped open as each person used it. When trying to shower there were black hairs along the shower wall and not just one. The next day I noticed ants in the bathroom. All in all this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I wished I had looked at the Yelp reviews before booking. read more

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. Upon walking in the room it smelled terrible. Like wet carpet. The only light that worked in the main room was a lamp in the corner by the window but that was it. The tv was old & there was no remote & the buttons on the tv barely worked. There was no coffee maker but everything else that you need to make coffee. Makes sense right? The water in the shower was rusty upon turning it on. When getting in the bed the fitted sheet was very rough, it felt like someone left a bunch of Doritos crumbs on the bed. Very uncomfortable. The paint on the walls was terrible. Everything was just old & very depressing. The $90 price they are charging for the rooms is WAY too high. If anything they should take donations as payment. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. I only booked a room here because it is close to Six Flags and we were too beat to drive all the way to a nicer hotel. This hotel was barely even one star. I booked a 2 Double Bed smoking room for one night. The Bad: The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. There were crumbs and a bunch of stuff I rather not know what it could be. The hair dryer was broken. Now it was three girls including myself in this room. A hair dryer is ESSENTIAL. The continental breakfast was okay. The cereal was stale and the milk was simply poor quality. The coffee tasted burnt. It was just all over gross. The bathroom in the room looked like it was out of a horror movie and the hot and cold indicator on the shower was WAY off. I don't even think it was supposed to be for this shower. The tv channel list had 8 channels listed on it that weren't even correct. All the plugs in the wall were coming loose and barely worked. The woman who checked us in was very rude and did not want to answer any questions. When I asked her about the pool, she told me it was down for maintenance. Then when I asked the woman in the morning she told me that it was never down for maintenance and that it opens at 10am. The Days Inn Wi-Fi was horrible. I kept losing signal and had to sign in and out numerous times. The Good: The tv was a big hdtv. The microwave and fridge were newer and clean. The shampoo made my hair silky smooth. Even though we got a smoking room, it definitely did not smell like one. It was quite refreshing. The shower head was amazing and the water pressure was amazing. They had a lot of channels to watch. They have everything for breakfast out at night so I was able to grab some oatmeal and spoons and such. Overall, this hotel was disgusting and definitely not worth $95 a night. It was this tiny little Days Inn. I have been to Days Inn in the past and it was never this bad. I hope no one has a similar experience. read more

Great place to stay for the homeless, heroin junkies, and the wandering infested. Caught dozens of bed bug bites here while I wasn't on watch for rapists. Drained pool and standing water in the parking lot provides a breeding ground for thousands of mosquitos. Maid service is good, but can't make up for the old person smell in the room and the nappy comforter. Come to the Days Inn Wrightstown only when your addiction has forced your suicide plans out of the house. read more

So let me start off by saying that this is not my account. I am OP's boyfriend. I am not the type of person to take the time out of my day to go onto the Internet and write a review about the hotel that I stayed at. The staff was great. Very friendly and personable. No issues at all with being treated nicely. Unfortunately the rooms is where the two star rating comes into play. The first room that we were given was all right up until the point where the toilet broke. Specifically the chain in the tank came undone and I was unable to fix it myself as the counter for the sink just happen to cover the top of the tank making it an extremely awkward angle to get my hands inside. I eventually gave up and told the gentleman at the front counter about the issue and with very little dispute he said he would be up there in 5 to 10 minutes to fix it. We had left for the day and when I came back it was fixed but unfortunately it didn't take long for it to break again. We told him the next day and he offered to give us a new room at no extra cost. That was nice. Unfortunately the new room had more problems than the previous one. We are pretty sure that over half of the outlets in the room did not function. At first I thought it was just the lights but when we tried to plug our phones into the outlets they were not working. My girlfriend had mentioned that the floors felt grimy and as a joke I laid on the floor to see for myself, but was taken by surprise when I got up and I actually felt sticky and had to go clean my hands because they felt so disgusting. Like they actually started sticking. I used to work in the housekeeping and I'm pretty sure the floor has never been cleaned. Now the worst part. The ants. There was a lot of them. They seem to have found their way onto the tea and coffee packets. One of them was open which we thought may have been the source of the problem. We killed what seemed like three or five ants and thought that that would be the end of it. But when we got up the next day there was almost double the amount and there was no open packets so we were a little bit confused. My girlfriend drowned the ants and wrote a note about how we had ants and let them sit they dead as proof. Picture attached. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible. Constantly dropping and constantly fluctuating. Extremely frustrating. Ended up just using my data. My reserve unit pays for us to stay at this hotel. It is by far a horrible place to stay. I have issues almost every time I stay. Ranging from mold in the bathtub and the walls to bugs. This last stay was from 8/7 to 8/11. When I got to my room and was getting ready to settle in for the night, I pulled back the sheets and the bed was loaded with pubic hairs. Disgusting. The next night I returned to my room and it was loaded with ants. I asked to change rooms and the new room had mold in the bathroom. Just a horrible place to stay to say the least. read more

I booked two rooms for two nights and the first thing I noticed was that my feet turn black because the carpet was filthy. When I went to use the shower the shower was slimy and had black hair in it. There was an ominous black discoloration in the bottom of the tub and I was unsure of what what it was. There were several outlets in the room that did not work, and the lighting was so poor it was very hard to see with sorting through luggage. There was no fan in the bathroom so it became literally a steam box. The beds were somewhat comfortable but old and predictably worn out. The pillows, we're merely stuffing stuffed inside pillowcases. The chair was falling apart, and I had a ranch with me to be able to tighten down the back rest of the chair. The TV was blocking the full length mirror so you could not see your full body before you headed out. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and accommodating. It took several minutes for the water to become hot and went in the water finally became hot from the shower and had difficulty cooling down. My wife enjoyed a scolding hot shower one moment and an ice bath the next. The continental breakfast was a generic continental breakfast. They brag about having cheese omelettes which ended up being these prepackaged fake egg substitute omelettes and a microwave. My recommendation, don't go unless you're in a pinch. I did get the room for $47 a night through Priceline so it's it's good in a pinch, but if you're looking at spending more than a night look elsewhere. Also one of the rooms the iron did not work. On another strange note, there were two metal bars that stuck out from underneath the bed serving no apparent purpose other than to find your shin or your feet. The ceiling headpieces that were missing of the acoustic treatment and had what appeared to be holes. read more

I checked in to this hotel with my kids on Oct. 12 and when we got there it was late so we ate dinner and went to bed. I woke up at 3AM feeling that something was crawling and biting me and when I turned on the lights it was ants in the bed and on the nightstand(over 50 of them). I immediately called the front desk to request a room change or to just leave but no one answered. I called 3 to 4 times. I then killed the ants and wiped down with soap and water and when I went to take a shower it was dirt and hair all in the tub and on the floor in between the tub and toilet. It was very unsanitary. If possible to give lower than 1 star I would. First room was dirty with broken furniture, horrible smell and no working air conditipnet in 90+ degree heat. Desk clerk came into room and insisted all was fine. I informed het that room was unacceptable. She moved us to another room with intact furiniture and a working air conditioner. Disgusting hotel room. It had a bone on the rug ontop of stains all over the walls and curtains. The light switch did not work, 4 plugs did not work, 3 lights did not work. It says it has wifi but doesnt work anywhere but the front office. Extremely poor customer service and very bad morning breakfast. Extremely dissatisfied and unpleased. I do not recommend staying here your better off at a motel 6 or 8. read more

My family and I stayed here because it was the least expensive hotel in the area. You get what you pay for. The hotel itself is outdated, but the technology has definitely been updated. New flat screen TVs with direct TV, fridge/microwave/coffeemaker combo in each room, and REALLY strong wifi. My sister found a couple flies in the bathroom, but they could have flown in while we had the door open. Giving them the benefit of the doubt here. The continental breakfast was good. Unfortunately, one of the two waffle makers was out of order, so the wait was extremely long. The wait was worth it in the end because the waffles tasted so good. The attendant was constantly filling empty ingredients, and was kind, polite, and attentive when asked questions. I wish she would have wiped the tables down though. The clientele here is subpar, but that's because of how inexpensive this place is to stay. Again, you get what you pay for. read more

We arrived exausted and early for checkin. We drove around the hotel property and looked into the reservation area. We were so horrified at the conditions that although exhausted drove home almost 100 miles in an extreme storm rather than register at this hotel. We have never seen such a dilapidated hotel in our lives. It appears that the photos on their website are not of this hotel or perhaps when it was originally built decades ago. Additionally, the $99 charge for the room made one believe on the internet that this potentially was a much better hotel than it was. I am asking for a full refund. read more

I'm currently sitting in the bed wondering why I spent 67 bucks on this shit hole. To be honest, not a bad price, but I feel like I might die tonight. The guy at the desk looks straight out of Bates Motel and there was a blood smear on the bathroom light switch. There's a hole in the wall next to the bed. Can't lie, nice ass shower pressure. Can't go in the pool, probably will get chlamydia. Surprisingly, very quiet. Still makes me feel like I might die. Oh, and for some reason, the guy at the front desk had a nerf gun on the desk. The comforter has holes in it. The carpet has a lot of stains, one of them being red. Hmmm..... TV is pretty cool, though. The mini fridge is barely cold. The shower curtain had mold. This hotel was my worst experience we arrived for Memorial Day weekend which was also my sons 7th birthday. I've stayed at different hotels around the area before without pools but I decided to go with this one because my son loves getting in the pool and since it was his birthday I was like ok it looks pretty nice. Yeah it looks nice online but totally different once you get there. Mind you I did not bother to look at yelp reviews before booking which I should have done. When I arrived I asked at the counter what time the pool closed and the employee told me oh the pool is not opened it had an inconvenience and it is out of service. WHAT!!!!! I paid extra $$$ for a pool and it's not available? No one contacted me or anything to let me know. I feel like the manager should of contacted me to let me know especially since it was memorial day weekend. We then went into our room and it smelled disgusting. It smelled like old and dirty. The bed smelled horrible and the sheets smelled old. The bathroom extractor didn't work , and had a bunch of dust in it. I would not recommend this inn at all . Disgusting!!!!!! read more
