    No phone cord.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Front desk was so unbelievably rude. Shower was disgusting. Phone didn't have a cord, speaker phone didn't work. Smelled like smoke with cigarette burns in the bed. Just overall a terrible experience. Only staying here because of a power outage (in July) I think I'd rather stay in my sauna of an apartment than stay here. Read reviews after I checked in, multiple reviews state mold and bugs. Safe to say I won't be sleeping well tonight.

    Damaged and dirty wall.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to The front desk gal was busy playing on her phone and screaming at customers. The room was filthy, shower unusable it was so nasty and I'm not sure this hotel owns a vacume cleaner. Also damaged walls and stained up bedding. Gross people clearly own and run this place. I would have my dog stay at this location. I have slept in better places while in the ARMY.

    Hair in the tub

I was on the road for 19 hours so I decided to stop here instead of continue to the hyatt at the airport I was traveling with young kids and they were tired and cranky. The place was advertised as 43 a night I was charged 160 plus 50 deposit for 2 nights. The two written at front desk were unfriendly they made very little to no eye contact we were not greeted and they began speaking in their native tongue and the price which made me upset already. I come to the room it hasn't been touched by housekeeping staff there was a small piece of toilet poster on the floor my toilet was dirty on the back and there was urine under the lid there was hair and dirty soap suds on the tub also the toilet seat was broken. The walls were dirty around all doors and handles you can see fiber prints on the windows and mirrorsthere were exposed light sockets, broken furniture and I found a razor package in a drawer there was trash under the edge of the bed so when you walk around you can see it they don't have bed skirts. Since so much was going on I said no one cleaned here I called front desk and complained the last said I have to come and check I said please do it took about 10 minutes and since my sister also has a mess in her room I got mad so I called back downstairs and told the last I've been on the road 19 hours I just want to shower and sleep ill clean my own room just bring the supplies she hung up in my face without saying one word 2 minutes later the other girl from the front desk comes to the door she has a smug look on her face I began pointing out all the problems with the room she's rolling her eyes and putting her eyes up on her head as if she has no time for my shit. After I'm don't talking she says ma'am those are stains that won't come out. I explain to miss kali that I too am a Housekeeper and I know exactly what I'm looking at the dirty soap suds the found from a towel as someone was showing I proceeded to turn on the water and wiped some of the stains away just my finger and water she rolls her eyes at me again well ma'am I didn't know the Housekeeper left it like this I said maybe you should up your standards and you should check the rooms after they have been serviced. She leaves and returns with a tag no cleaning products she wipes the rest of the suds and ask was I satisfied I just give her a thumbs up we did asked to be moved she would not accommodate so I let her leave and I took pictures. They only tip I have four this staff is clean the damn rooms correctly hire people with better attitudes and learn what customer service is because your hospitality is shit. Oh yes and I also made a report with osha for the she disgusting stuff. Look for my sisters complaint about her room it was much worse then mine with blood stained sheets and yes we have pictures

Vincent helped consolidate our luggage at checkin and with wheeling us to the room. Evening reception is from 5:30 to 7 in the lower bar area. Excellent bfast on the 7th floor including made to order omelettes by the chef. Nice selection of fresh fruit and usual full bfast items. You can sit inside or outside in the terrace. I wish the weekday bfast ended a bit later 9:30am instead of 9am. At the lobby there is a coffee shop where you can also pick up salads, fruit and jello cups and juices. 3 elevators mean not much waiting to get to your room. Parking is by valet, a bit expensive at $60, but the valets are fast. Cheaper parking nearby means you have to deal with hauling luggage. It's a it hard to get to the entrance - look for the E symbol on the parking cones on the street. Water pressure was good with plenty of hot water. 2 air conditioner controls - one in the bedroom and one in the living room meant we could set the temperatures to our liking. A larger moni-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board and iron in the room was convenient.

The rooms were western themed, with cowboy centric art pieces, which I thought was a nice touch. The rooms also had nice amenities (mini fridge, water, coffee, etc.) which is always great. I only deducted a star because the bathroom sink had a bit of an unpleasant odor at times and the mirror was a little rusty in areas. On another note, the hotel also has restaurants onsite which is a bonus. Also just to note, the staff were very professional, but also polite which I really appreciated as these days you don't get that everywhere.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has that big, upscale Texas hotel feel. The lobby is impressive, and the bar setup is especially nice, a great spot to grab a drink and hang out in the evening. It feels lively, but never overwhelming. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Service was solid throughout the stay, not over the top, but consistently friendly and helpful. Only reason for four stars is the sheer size of the place. Be ready to walk, because getting from the parking garage to the lobby, and then from the lobby to the rooms, can feel like a bit of a trek, especially with luggage after a long game day. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would definitely come back, just mentally preparing for the steps next time.

I booked my stay at the Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth through the American Express Fine Hotels +…read moreResorts program and had very high expectations. Unfortunately, while the property itself is beautiful, my overall experience was deeply disappointing. Check-in started on a positive note. I was greeted with a glass of champagne and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. However, things quickly went downhill from there. I was never provided a welcome letter outlining my Fine Hotels + Resorts benefits or basic hotel information. I didn't realize this until I reached my room and wanted to use some of the amenities. When I returned to the front desk to request one, I was told none were available and was directed to scan a QR code instead. The QR code only linked to the in-room dining menu and restaurant reservation pages, which was not a substitute for the information typically provided with an FHR stay. Upon arrival at my room, the staff member assisting with my luggage repeatedly called me by the wrong last name and made multiple comments about my ethnicity, including saying my name sounded Indian but that I "didn't look Indian," followed by personal questions about my background. While I believe the intent may have been friendly, it felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. The room and property are undeniably stunning, but several functional issues made the stay frustrating. All of the lights, including those in both bathrooms, appeared to be controlled by motion sensors or timers that could not be adjusted. While getting ready, the lights repeatedly turned off, forcing me to stop styling my hair and walk around the room just to trigger the sensors. This became extremely disruptive and inconvenient. Additionally, the main desk in the living room, which was the primary power source in the suite, did not work at all. After attempting to troubleshoot myself, it appeared to be broken entirely. Because this was one of the only areas with multiple outlets, I had to charge devices in random locations throughout the room. Communication with the hotel was also extremely difficult. The in-room phone repeatedly lost connectivity and died while I was attempting to place orders. I texted the hotel to report the issue, yet staff continued trying to call the malfunctioning room phone instead of my cell phone, despite me explaining the situation multiple times. Calling the hotel directly from my mobile phone often resulted in busy signals. The most frustrating part occurred after checkout. I was incorrectly charged nearly the full nightly rate despite having prepaid through American Express. When I called to resolve this, I was placed on hold for nearly 35 minutes after being told it would be brief, and no apology was offered. Although I was told the charge would be reimbursed, the refund was incomplete because my American Express breakfast and amenity credits were not properly applied. I had to call again to request an additional correction. Across their website form and multiple phone calls, I was never initially provided a folio detailing my charges. It wasn't until the third call that I spoke with Sarah, who was exceptionally helpful. She went out of her way to email me a PDF folio and personally coordinate the remaining reimbursement. She was the only team member who truly resolved the situation, and I greatly appreciated her professionalism. This was my first visit to Texas, which I noted in my reservation, and I had hoped for recommendations or guidance from the hotel, especially given the Fine Hotels + Resorts experience, but none were offered. It's genuinely disappointing because the Crescent is a beautiful property with so much potential. However, between the service issues, operational problems, billing errors, and lack of follow-through, this was easily my worst Fine Hotels + Resorts experience to date. Considering the price point and expectations associated with this program, the experience ultimately felt frustrating and not reflective of luxury hospitality standards. I truly wish I could have loved this stay.
