Nice property. I stayed here for a conference, decent dining options but all extremely pricey. The conference center was by far the coldest event space I've ever been in, which made it uncomfortable. Wine thief had a really cute pop up holiday bar with fun holiday drinks and decor. Front desk staff were very friendly, and helpful. Overalls great experience, and a great place for meetings.

    Fireplace vibes.

Our stay was good and the place was good! No complaints. Ok, maybe one thing if I want to get nitpicky, no self park. But hey, this is downtown.

Love the hotel, food, rooms, and the conference area. Was invited to the AARMR conference, and had ample room to build relationships. Omni is a great hotel to make new friends with having high quality amenities. Thank you, i'll be back for sure Papa Bear

Sometimes, you happen to be in the right place at the right time. My hubby and I took a trip to Fort Worth this past spring, and we had a room at a local branded hotel. The hotel was fine, nice even, but unfortunately next to a liquor store and vape shop, with unsavory characters hanging around the hotel parking lot. We spent an afternoon walking around Downtown Fort Worth...and walked past the Omni. Now, I am a country girl. I was raised country, and country is what I'll always be. So is it any surprise that I fell in love with the Omni Fort Worth Hotel the moment we stepped in to look around? What an absolutely beautiful hotel. The decor...the architecture...the Texas hospitality...the bar and lounge, Whisky and Rye...my hubby could see I was in love, so he booked us two impromptu nights. The Omni was one of the highlights of our trip, and it made a huge impression on me. The room was gorgeous, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The fitness center was huge, and the pool was beautiful. I had a relaxing night swim in the wind and under the stars. The only downside of the pool area is that the hot tub is difficult to get in and out of because there are no steps -- you have to step over the rim of the hot tub. Not so easy for people with disabilities, like me, but I managed. Valet service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The on-site Starbucks was great for morning cup of joe. The gift shop had Southwestern towels that I bought even though they were very pricey. The greatest thing about the Omni is their luxurious country beauty. Sometimes, you're in the right place at the right time, and you find something great. I'll always remember our stay.

The hotel has a very large lobby with a fireplace and plenty of seating, including two comfortable sofas. Check-in was quick and easy. We used the Valet Service for parking, and our valet found keys in our vehicle, brought them inside, located us, and returned them to us. Our room was spacious, with a large window that provided natural light. It was super clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. In addition to the king-size bed, there was a large comfy chair with an ottoman in the corner, a large desk, a dresser, and a very nice television. The side of the dresser had a strip of plug-in options, with one for every device! The bathroom was large and spotless, stocked with a hair dryer, sample-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The vanity counter and mirror were very large (I loved it!), and the shower was roomy. There was also a coffee station with a Keurig, coffee pods, and tea in the room. Two bottles of water were provided at no cost, with each additional bottle priced at $5. A refrigerator was located below the coffee station inside the cabinet. Also, we found robes, and iron and ironing board inside the closet. There are multiple restaurants, a Starbucks, and a gift shop inside the hotel--a big plus! The "Whiskey Bar" offered live music a few nights a week, and "Bob's Steak & Chophouse" was perfect for our dinner. I have to mention the outstanding service we received from check-in to check-out. We had a small issue with the heater in our room, and within ten minutes, someone from maintenance was there to address it, with two managers checking on the situation and offering to move us to another room. (We stayed and had no further issues.) All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Each time we left or returned, the doors were opened for us, and we were made to feel very welcome. I highly recommend staying here when you are in the DFW area!

This place is a lot of fun, and they had lots and lots of food available. A very large buffet, with various kinds of foods I posted several pictures along with this review. The people here are extremely nice, and the food is great. It's a really classy place.

Nice hotel, they have 3 restaurants on site and a Starbucks. The restaurants are really expensive, I had a salad, added chicken and had a glass of wine, that plus tip was $49.00, it was delicious though. I are at Starbucks as much as I could after that. Bed was comfy, hotel was clean throughout. Front desk staff was nice. Parking is $45.00 a day. There are some restaurants in walking distance, no grocery stores in walking distance. Pool was closed when I went but it looked nice. They have a spa on-site. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles are very small, so either bring your own or you'll be asking for extra depending on how many days you stay (you'll have enough for 1 night). No hot water in shower, I notified them twice, nothing was done. But I would return again.

Vincent helped consolidate our luggage at checkin and with wheeling us to the room. Evening reception is from 5:30 to 7 in the lower bar area. Excellent bfast on the 7th floor including made to order omelettes by the chef. Nice selection of fresh fruit and usual full bfast items. You can sit inside or outside in the terrace. I wish the weekday bfast ended a bit later 9:30am instead of 9am. At the lobby there is a coffee shop where you can also pick up salads, fruit and jello cups and juices. 3 elevators mean not much waiting to get to your room. Parking is by valet, a bit expensive at $60, but the valets are fast. Cheaper parking nearby means you have to deal with hauling luggage. It's a it hard to get to the entrance - look for the E symbol on the parking cones on the street. Water pressure was good with plenty of hot water. 2 air conditioner controls - one in the bedroom and one in the living room meant we could set the temperatures to our liking. A larger moni-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board and iron in the room was convenient.

There is a small seating area, Starbucks vendor with some snacks, and is connected to a restaurant. Checking into the room was very quick too. The fitness center is very nice with a variety of cardio machines (and a Peloton!), weight rack, and cable machine. There are also yoga mats, water, and towels available inside. The buffet breakfast was very good too. They had a ton of options and a rotating selection of foods. There is also a chef available to prepare omelettes, breakfast bowls, pancakes, bacon, and a bunch of other things! The rooms are very spacious. I do like that the bedroom is completely separated from the living area. There are TVs in both spaces and it's pretty sound proof between the two. In the living area, there is a large desk and chair, couch, padded chair, sink, mini fridge, and microwave. Our room has two queen beds which were comfortable. The comforters were a little thin but nothing intolerable. The AC units were easy to use and adjusted to temperature changes quickly. I was happy to find some extra pillows in the wardrobe. The only strange thing about the room setup that I wasn't fond of was the bathroom sink. The sink was inside of the bedroom instead of the bathroom itself. You couldn't really do anything at the sink without disturbing someone who is sleeping since the lights shine directly at the bed. I was a bit disappointed with the parking situation. It is valet only. It is a little difficult to get situated with the parking since the valet location is on a one-way street. If you're using GPS to get there, you may need to spin the block a few times to get on the right side of the hotel. I did like, however, that the valet service provided a card where we can virtually request the car to be pulled out whenever we'd like. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is beautiful and has that big, upscale Texas hotel feel. The lobby is impressive, and the bar setup is especially nice, a great spot to grab a drink and hang out in the evening. Only reason for four stars is the sheer size of the place. Be ready to walk, because getting from the parking garage to the lobby, and then from the lobby to the rooms, can feel like a bit of a trek, especially with luggage after a long game day. From the moment we arrived we had the absolute best from their amazing and friendly staff. Brian the valet greeted us before we had even brought the car to a stop (more on him in just a bit) and had a luggage cart brought over to us immediately. From there we were greeted with the biggest warmest smile from Cassius, the bellhop, within the 20 steps we took from valet to the front desk we witnessed 3 guests who were departing either shake his hand or hug him to tell him thank you for making their experience so enjoyable. By the end of our stay we would feel the exact same way. Anytime we had the pleasure of running into Cassius he always kept that contagious smile on his face, remembered what the purpose of our trip was, and answered any questions we had with excitement and thoughtfulness in his answers. Our room, a suite, was extremely clean, had a great layout and wonderful amenities. Our bed was comfortable, linens were soft, pillows felt new, and the showers water pressure was adequate. The main things we look for when staying somewhere. After unpacking we went downstairs to meet friends at the bar who were also staying in town for the weekend. Our bartender Vince and our waitress Mia were awesome. We all had such a great experience with them we spent the rest of our evenings during our stay there enjoying cocktails rather than going out as we had previously planned. Cassius had made us aware of the car service during one of our conversations but we didn't expect much as most hotels "offer" the same service but never seem to have availability when needed. Not the case at the Crescent! As we stepped out for dinner we were about to summon an uber when Brian came jogging up, Brian is never standing still and always moving at a brisk pace, he asked if we were heading out for the evening and would we be needing the hotel transportation. I told him we already had reservations so I didn't think we would have time. He was on the phone before I could finish my sentence and quickly made us aware a car would be showing up momentarily to take us. When the car arrived a young man by the name of Momen, forgive me if I spelled that incorrectly, hopped out to greet us. From there on out Momen dropped us off and picked us up from every event we had planned for the entirety of our stay. Momen was very soft spoken, well mannered, and never let anything get under his skin while hauling us all over downtown on a busy stock show weekend. The Crescent should be proud of their beautiful building, great location, wonderful rooms but should be more proud of accomplishing something that very few hotels ever do, a wonderful team of employees. Not one employee ever showed an ounce of displeasure in doing their jobs, that is something I have never witnessed in all my travels. Cassius, Brian, Momen, Vince, Mia, and the rest of your staff is what has earned my business along with I'm sure many more other guests. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend of laughs and memories!

I booked my stay at the Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth through the American Express Fine Hotels +…read moreResorts program and had very high expectations. Unfortunately, while the property itself is beautiful, my overall experience was deeply disappointing. Check-in started on a positive note. I was greeted with a glass of champagne and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. However, things quickly went downhill from there. I was never provided a welcome letter outlining my Fine Hotels + Resorts benefits or basic hotel information. I didn't realize this until I reached my room and wanted to use some of the amenities. When I returned to the front desk to request one, I was told none were available and was directed to scan a QR code instead. The QR code only linked to the in-room dining menu and restaurant reservation pages, which was not a substitute for the information typically provided with an FHR stay. Upon arrival at my room, the staff member assisting with my luggage repeatedly called me by the wrong last name and made multiple comments about my ethnicity, including saying my name sounded Indian but that I "didn't look Indian," followed by personal questions about my background. While I believe the intent may have been friendly, it felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. The room and property are undeniably stunning, but several functional issues made the stay frustrating. All of the lights, including those in both bathrooms, appeared to be controlled by motion sensors or timers that could not be adjusted. While getting ready, the lights repeatedly turned off, forcing me to stop styling my hair and walk around the room just to trigger the sensors. This became extremely disruptive and inconvenient. Additionally, the main desk in the living room, which was the primary power source in the suite, did not work at all. After attempting to troubleshoot myself, it appeared to be broken entirely. Because this was one of the only areas with multiple outlets, I had to charge devices in random locations throughout the room. Communication with the hotel was also extremely difficult. The in-room phone repeatedly lost connectivity and died while I was attempting to place orders. I texted the hotel to report the issue, yet staff continued trying to call the malfunctioning room phone instead of my cell phone, despite me explaining the situation multiple times. Calling the hotel directly from my mobile phone often resulted in busy signals. The most frustrating part occurred after checkout. I was incorrectly charged nearly the full nightly rate despite having prepaid through American Express. When I called to resolve this, I was placed on hold for nearly 35 minutes after being told it would be brief, and no apology was offered. Although I was told the charge would be reimbursed, the refund was incomplete because my American Express breakfast and amenity credits were not properly applied. I had to call again to request an additional correction. Across their website form and multiple phone calls, I was never initially provided a folio detailing my charges. It wasn't until the third call that I spoke with Sarah, who was exceptionally helpful. She went out of her way to email me a PDF folio and personally coordinate the remaining reimbursement. She was the only team member who truly resolved the situation, and I greatly appreciated her professionalism. This was my first visit to Texas, which I noted in my reservation, and I had hoped for recommendations or guidance from the hotel, especially given the Fine Hotels + Resorts experience, but none were offered. It's genuinely disappointing because the Crescent is a beautiful property with so much potential. However, between the service issues, operational problems, billing errors, and lack of follow-through, this was easily my worst Fine Hotels + Resorts experience to date. Considering the price point and expectations associated with this program, the experience ultimately felt frustrating and not reflective of luxury hospitality standards. I truly wish I could have loved this stay.

As far as price point, we could return. An unfortunate weekend for my brother-in-laws memorial,…read moreresulted in the need to stay downtown. After a few searches for a suite, Sinclair topped that list. My spouse is a Ft Worth native and had know of the building where the Sinclair lived. So, childhood memories activated, we booked three nights in the Kennedy suite. The hotel is touted as a tech hot spot. Which, as far as gadgets go, were everywhere. However, these created more confusion, then anything else. Our porter was kind enough to show us the different "Mood" settings of the curtains/lights, which we promptly forgot a few hours later. Every evening, it was a challenge to get the blinds down our up, manual override didn't seem to be an option. Irritating. The impressively thin and large TV in the lounge room, should have been tossed some time ago. The screen had an obvious "burn in" from hours of staying on with the landing page on the screen, making a constant shadow overlaying the program. Not cool. I know, get outside you are visiting the city. We weren't in the city for a vacation, so this was frustrating. Along with the phone in the living area, which was broken and wasn't charging on the stand it sat on, coupled with quite an uncomfortable sofa/bed couch, impossible to sit on for a period of time, due to it being past it's sell by date. Tech/comfort in the "Suite" area was a bust. Could of just got a simple King room and moved on. This isn't necessarily a knock, but bring your own water, or everytime you leave and come back into the hotel, grab a few bottled waters up to your room. We seem to always be running out. On the subject of running out, Sunday morning we ordered our "Room Service" breakfast which was a bit comical. After ordering, a few minutes later we got a call back letting us know they were short staffed and not able to bring our breakfast up to the room. We would need to come downstairs to the lobby to pick it up. Which in turn, meant food in containers which no longer were hot. Defeats the purpose of Room Service. Upon check out, billing issues were aparrant. Our "comp" breakfast wasn't included and internet was charged which should have been complementary. We were able to get that, at least I thought it was removed on the second try. The following day, I noticed that one breakfast was still on the tab, $57 and ironically we were also charged for a night of Valet for a Lexus ($57 as well) which wasn't our car. I needed to call billing to get that resolved. Yes the building is cool, staff courteous and if you don't mind the late night concert in the square that plays on till 10pm at night, go for it. I would skip a suite, grab a room on the back side of the hotel, away from the square. Bonus, the Wicked Butcher restaurant attached the hotel is fabulous. We ate there all three nights we were there.
