When I called to get the numbers, I was told by a receptionist that those numbers could not be supplied until we purchased a pair of glasses from them. You mean to tell me I paid $145 and I don't even get all the numbers? You are going to keep them and force me to pay for your overpriced frames? She obviously doesnt know what she's talking about because pupillary distance does not change depending on glass frames (optical centers do). I am beyond disappointed and will be sharing my negative experience about how Today's Vision gate keeps their content to force customers to pay exorbitant prices.

The main doctor I have seen is Dr. Tucker and she is great! Dr. Tucker will go out of her way to help and make sure you're happy. She helped me try hard contacts (something I'd never even been offered before) for the first time and now I can actually SEE in my contacts! Whenever she tells me about an eye product, I almost always receive a free sample, which is really helpful. The only minor complaints I have are that parking can be a little hard to find and it seems expensive. Maybe I just have really terrible eye insurance, but I feel like BFEC is more expensive than places I've been in the past. I once went in to ask why my eye kept watering (I was afraid it was scratched), they looked at it very briefly, and then charged me $120. I'm not saying it's their fault, I'm just saying I'm always surprised at how much money I spend there. But I keep going back because the service is good, I love Dr. Tucker, and the office is close to where I work.

Service was good and of course outside of them making sure you get the right prescription it comes down to choosing the best frame, which is quite daunting with all the choices. Today's Vision has a very large assortment of high-end styles such as St. Laurent's and Tom Fords to the sporty frames such as Oakley. I came away with a very positive experience and some functional and stylish lenses.
