You guys are getting cancelled would not recommend to my worst enem! good when it works but it's always something and they never have an answer. these guys came out and buried the fiber cable barely under the surface and then when you're internet goes out they wanna say it could be because of some recent yard work you may have done.... really!? didnt think of that when you were burying the cable? not that that's the problem anyway bc eventually it comes back on out of nowhere just like it cuts off out of nowhere. wish I could give negative stars....

If they don't know the answer, they ask someone there to help them get it answered. I've been impressed with the longevity of the staff--that's a very good sign for how well a company is run.
