They give free estimates and have even been known to fix problems I've had without charging me anything. Their repairs also come in for far less than it would at other repair shops, especially the big name box stores. When I had an piece go bad within three months of their replacing it, they replaced it again with no charge. They also made recommendations for what laptops to purchase based on those they had the least amount of trouble with. Repairs are sometimes slow, but not as slow as they would be at Best Buy where they always have to ship it away for a minimum of two weeks.

They told me the issue was the thermal paste, so they professionally cleaned the console and replaced it. The problem wasn't fixed. I took it back, and they replaced the thermal paste again. Once again, the issue remained exactly the same. After that, they simply told me to uninstall and reinstall the game, which also did not solve the problem. Instead of properly diagnosing the console, they kept repeating the same repair that clearly wasn't addressing the issue. I paid for a repair and ended up with the exact same problem I started with. A proper diagnostic should have looked at other possible causes, such as the power supply, storage, or motherboard, instead of repeatedly blaming the thermal paste. Overall, I wasted time and money and left with an Xbox that still has the same issue. I can't recommend this company based on my experience.
