I gave the exact same specifics and I was quoted between $7-$9.50 for the same services. I feel I was severely over charged and the lady at the front wasn't interested in complaint. 4 to 6 times more then all other competitors isn't a fair way to treat a customer. I would highly recommend googling embroidery in Dayton Ohio. You will find 5 other companies that will save you 4 to 6 times the rates at Embriodme Centerville. The embroidery was done correctly.

I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent.
