On initial visit on 5/1/26, I waited for 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Eleven customers came in after me and were called in before me. In questioning Dr. Stahl, he said they had priroties they had to get to before me, even though they were behind me on appointment times. After every appointment I asked how much I owed (I paid $35 on 5/1/26 and $265 on 6/9/26, that I was supposed to pay, and insurance paid them almost $5,000), and was told nothing. On my last visit, I was told I am all paid up for my proceedures. On 8/4/26 I got a bill in mail that I owed a copay for 6/2/26 A-scan of $35. I called their billing in Middletown, and talked to Kim who was nasty and told me reps in Beavercreek were incorrect, and I owed $35, and to pay it (even though Dr. Stahl told me on 5/1 I would have to pay $265 copay on 6/6 and $35 on 5/1). She then transfered me to Beavercreek and I talked to up to 4 people up to office manager, and I owed $35 for copay on 6/2, and wanted me to pay right now. I refusedand asked what government agency governs them. She said there is no government oversight, so I had to pay. I informed her I was going to post on social media and call Ohio Attorney General on them, and was told they (Ohio AG and Government) have no control over Stahl Vision. They refused to deal with Attorney General, and AG advised me to take them to court. UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE BAMBOUZLED AND FORCED TO PAY UNLIMITED AMOUNTS, DO NOT GO TO STAHL VISION!
