She never called back so I called this morning, March 23, 2026 to confirm our new appointment date. I spoke with a young lady and unfortunately I didn't get her name. She said our appointments were cancelled but, were never rescheduled. Now they are saying they can't get us in for 4 months! The person I spoke with was so matter of fact. It was an oh well attitude from her. No thanks! Not only did you lose my husband and I as patients, you lost my mom as a patient as well. You obviously do not need to keep the loyal patients you've had for years. It's a shame because Dr. Tran is fantastic. After reading other reviews I see I'm not the only person with the unprofessional attitude from the staff at this office. If you like rude and unprofessional office staff? This place is for you. I had never been there and was a little shocked that the receptionist gave me part of my eye exam. Then sat me in a room with a tv monitor and said the doctor will be with you soon! Yep! Sure enough the doctor comes on the tv screen, has me read some letters and that was it. I go out into the store pick out my glasses, get transition lens, anti glare, anti scratch. She said it will be less than 2 weeks and that will be 322.00 after insurance. Roughly 4 weeks later I picked up my glasses. One week later the lens fell out and I took them back to be fixed. I told the girl I was having a hard time seeing and she said that I just needed to get adjusted to them. My eyes are getting worse with bad headaches so I end up getting another eye appointment at another doctor ( a real live doctor). It took her less than 20 minutes to tell me I have large cataracts in both eyes. I had them test my glasses from Stanton and she said there was barely a prescription in them, that they weren't much more than readers! Now I'm looking at having to have surgery that I could have possibly had 3 months ago! I'm waiting to hear back from Corporate to see about a reimbursement. Fingers crossed!

Most of what they had were plain-Jane, dull gold or silver. VERY FEW (three pair) had any kind of embellishments or bling. They hade a wide selection of those cat-eye styles, which I really dislike & wont wear. I almost didn't buy my frames there and won't the next time. I will take my Rx and go elsewhere. They found a pair in their back room that I lOVED and I got the order made for my new glasses. I hope they see this and get a wider selection ib b/c I dont want to change.
