This business has been closed for renovations for about a month. I have a monthly membership with them and it took me a while to realize that I needed to go to the member app to look for updates and you have to dig to find the message section in the app so it's not like it lets you know there is a message. They could've had a sign out in front of the business to say "please check your member app for updates" or something like that and actually sent regular updates The last communication was on January 19 which said they were only going be closed for 21 days. Who knows if they're open now or not, I've given up driving by. Had to pay for car washes elsewhere for the time they were closed. I've also given up on using them and will be canceling membership and going to another more professional car wash in the future. read more

I am beyond livid!!! I just went to the "new and improved" Dazzlers. I took my Mercedes Benz in mainly just to knock off some dust and get a few spots clean. The people running the new payment system seemed clueless. I wasnt offered any options. They just billed me for the most expensive clean. The car didn't get clean though! There's still stuff all over it and now I have several chips in my hood that are bluish in color. A large scrape down my passenger side door. The conveyor malfunctioned and launched me backwards into a Toyota 4runner. I slammed the break and I truly dont know how we didn't hit. Then there was a grinding noise and it launched me out of the bay. There was no one there wiping the cars down, so there's water spots all over the car now too. I was so mad, I chose to drive away instead of confronting some poor kid working the counter. I may have lost my cool on the wrong person, just an hourly worker. Now my car is pulling to the right and it even has some kind of clunck on the front passenger side tire area. I mean this place has always been kind of ghetto. They broke my WRX windshield about 8 years ago and claimed innocence on it. I figured since it was an all new setup it would be good to go now. NOPE, just the opposite! Have gone here since they opened. You'd drive in and up to the office where an employee with a smile would greet you and take payment. Yesterday as we drove in the office was closed and we found ourselves stuck to drive in and stuck in a line of cars, with cars now behind us. Not knowing what was going on we figured out they have set up self pay, and the guy ahead of us was mad not know what to do, like us. One employee with a frown was trying to show this guy how to pay while everyone was backed up with no way to escape the madness. We finally were able, and had to drive out against the flow coming in. Yelled towards the employee to pass on to the owners they just lost another customer. Next thing you know they will want us to dry off our own car. Very sad read more

Well, I guess this one's on me, I should have used better judgement. However, I thought that maybe I was being too harsh with Dazzler's car wash, so I went back and gave them another shot since they are the closest car wash to where I live. This time, their air dryers ripped off a side panel on my vehicle that was next to my driver's side window. I had been through the car wash with the same car prior to this incident and had no damage. I stopped, notified an attendant, who did his due diligence by taking my contact information and taking photos of the damage. He then told me that his manager was not on the premises, but that he would have him call me. That was almost a month ago and I haven't heard anything from anyone. Quite frankly, after no response whatsoever, I opted to bite the bullet and take my car to the dealership I purchased it from and have the car repaired. There will not be a third chance. Also, to the reply that Dazzler's is the only car wash that pre-washes the car, this is not true. Happy Days on Brooks not only pre-washes your vehicle, they have attendants who wipe it dry after the wash is complete. read more

Have tried this car wash multiple times and continuously have the same issue. Car is NEVER clean afterwards and ALWAYS still has bug splatter and mud on it. Definitely not worth your time or money. read more

My car was VERY dirty when I pulled in and nice and clean when I left. Just what I was hoping for.

My car was so filthy. They washed and cleaned it and it looks great now! Dazzling! This is not your typical drive-thru car wash. They have live human beings there doing the work that machines do... but these guys do it better.. and they look better doing it. I love this place. Thanks again guys!!! The best car wash in town! My white car came out squeaky clean and don't even get me started on the vacuums! So much more powerful than my little shop vac. I love the slender vacuum attachment that gets between the seats and to the dog hair that (though I love my dog so much) is the bane of my car cleaning existence. My appreciation is also to their customer service. I thought I had vacuumed up my rent money in their super powerful vacuum (turns out I didn't) and I sent them an email. I got a call first thing the next morning from Sean telling me they had gone through all of the vacuum bins and not found my rent money but that I could come do a dumpster check with them later that day. I so appreciate that they actually read their email and immediately took the time to follow up my request. I am their newest loyal customer. 10/10 read more

This is my second time here. They have 2-3 people at least-- pre washing your car with pressure washers. After the far goes through dryer, there's 2 guys who hand wipe. They're awesome. Best wash and vacuum. Their pressure washers get montana bugs off the grill and windshield more than others. Highly recommend read more

If I did not have to vacuum this place would rate a full five stars. It is the best car wash in Missoula and the owner is almost always there. Friendly, stays on top of his employees and stands by his guanantee that if you are not completely satisfied that her will re-do to your satisfaction. Have not had to re-do my cars yet. And prices are not outrageous. $12 for the works and that includes the sealers and waxes. read more

I'll start by saying that the actual car wash was high quality and fairly priced. The issue was customer relations. I was back home in Montana on vacation and to see family and stopped in to clean the truck up before dropping it off. Upon pulling into the parking lot, I noticed a dumpster in the lot near the line to start your wash. A reasonable person would assume that a dumpster in a car wash lot is for car wash customers to deposit their trash, so I placed a small bag into it. Got back in the truck to pull around and pay for the wash and the owner came out and aggressively confronted my girl, asking her if she knew that it's a "federal offense" to use someone else's dumpster. Obviously she didn't know that, because it's not a federal offense. Rules on illegal dumping vary greatly between different municipalities. She calmly explained that we thought we were using the dumpster for its intended purpose and were about to pull around and get a wash. The owner continued the confrontation and told her that there were plenty of trash cans on the other side and that they have to keep a tight watch on the dumpster because "that's how people dump babies." Ummmm....WHAT?! No one is dumping a baby, bud. Look, I get that entitled people from other places have overrun Missoula. And I get that it's annoying when people put their trash where they aren't supposed to. But this was neither. If you don't want people to use your dumpster, then put a sign on it, put a lock on it, or don't keep it in your lot in plain view of people that likely have trash to dispose of. All three would have been a better choice than belittling people who made an innocent and reasonable mistake. Beyond that, talk to the guy driving instead of accosting the girl you could intimidate. This was not much more than a guy needing to feel tough. Unless you're in the market to dump a baby, head on up to Magic Touch. read more

While traveling for a family vacation, I stumbled across this gem. We received great service, the guy collecting the money gave us 3 cold bottles of water(it was 80+ degree weather) and a damp towel to wipe down the dash. They had 4 guys pressure washing the exterior prior to entering the wash. They got every sun baked dead bug off the windshield and bumper. Also he offered a free vacuum if needed. The price I dont think you can beat. It was way less than what I pay around here which is atleast $25 for the same wash features. Great service, great price and great workers! read more

Most amazing car wash I've ever been to. We had hard water spots all over our car from the sprinkler system in the RV park we stayed at. Not really their fault but having a dark blue metal flake car can sometimes be a pain. When I saw that this car wash had a near perfect score we had to try it. They noted we had hard water spots & sprayed it down with a chemical to remove the problem. They sprayed it off, rubbed it down by hand. There were 4 guys working on the car. For $14 we got about the best hand washing you could get & normally pay a lot more than that. To say we're happy isn't really descriptive. Very happy to say the least. Try this place. read more

I read someone's review that stated this place was a hidden gem. I often don't take the time to write reviews, but this place was really great. I had about a million dead bugs on my car from a long car ride. The guys power washed the bugs off, then I drove through the car wash. At the end, they dried my car off. All for $11 too. I'm just here visiting from Portland, but there's a particular kind of dust in Montana, it seems, that just takes over your car. I needed a wash, stat. I found Dazzlers online and read the other reviews--a few of which were also from Portlanders--and decided to give it a shot. I can absolutely confirm what others said before me. Short of a $100 detailing, this is the best wash you can get. I avoid machine-washes like the plague, so finding a place that does it just as quickly with real-life human beings (and some fancy pressure washers, but no spinning cloth or brushes) was very impressive. Two genuine human beings pre-soak the car and spray it down at the beginning, and three more hand-dry it at the end. They even open your doors and wipe down the areas where dirt (and soap) gets stuck. It's pretty epic. And at $9, it's a bargain (you can also get a clear-coat sealant for just $2 more). In Portland we have some great detailing shops and some great do-it-yourself locations, but nothing quite like this. For car people, who love their cars and either spend too much money or too much time keeping them clean, you can trust this place to do it right when you're short on time (or cash). And for everyone else, this should be your weekly car wash stop. I'm only slightly exaggerating when I say this: it was worth the trip! ;-) read more
