I usually reserve sharing both my positive feedback and critique directly with the staff and managers of services I use, but in this case I had to take the time to leave a review, knowing also how helpful it is for good businesses to continue to get good business. That shared, the DB cleaning team literally brought tears to my eyes with the level of detail and care in their work. My husband and I just bought a new house and I hired another cleaning company to do a deep clean before we moved in...their work was acceptable, missed some key places, but got the job done, but I knew I wanted to change services for our next clean. Two weeks after we moved in, we reached out to DB for another deep clean in hopes that it would be better than our first attempt. Noticeably different was the scheduling process. I received a proposal with clear parameters and details about the service, as well as a follow up call. When the team arrived, I did a walk-through and then they got to work right away while my dad and I ran errands. We came back after a couple of hours, before they were done, but let me tell you, I could already tell the difference in the cleanliness of our home. We stepped out again for a moment and returned right before they finished...and that's when it happened...tears of joy! No...like really...tears. I wanted to hug each one of them, but you know, boundaries...so instead I just thanked each of them, shaking their hand with one hand, wiping away tears with the other. I am a detailed person, and they were all about the details! I think home is sacred and really am bothered when we've hired other services/contractors that treat our home less than...so to see the detail and care given was appreciated and priceless. Our house shined...glowed even! All that was missing were those twinkle chimes that you hear when magic happens in Disney movies! OMG. I told them to just bear with us and work around our still obvious moving boxes in one of the bedrooms...but they moved them from the middle of the room to the sides and cleaned wonderfully anyway. The tissue boxes were primed to flower shapes, hotel corners on the toilet paper, throw blankets fanned with Pinterest-level precision. Those were just the perks...the room corners, the window sills, the vacuum lines...impeccable. The stainless appliances, without fingerprint and crazy sheen! They made the hardwood floors shine, they made the windows shine, they made the bathtubs shine! Lastly, the whole staff was pleasant, professional, and responsive to touching up the one and only "missed spot". As a new home owner, I just wanted our home to be cleaned in a way that made it feel like a fresh start, free from the contractor dust and more than what we could do on our own, but with just as much care as we would have put into it. Our crew of 4 - Decio, Eliana, Helida, & Meiriane, were happy and eager to please. Our 5 bedroom, 2000 sf house was cleaned in 4.5 hours - including the inside window panes! Decio walked through the house with us afterward and even provided before and after photographs for particularly challenging areas that were cleaned to perfection. The crew stays until you investigate and approve of the work completed. If for any reason you do not approve, they will clean what is necessary to your satisfaction. We were DELIGHTED! I have been debating hiring a cleaning service since we moved into our home over 2 years ago. I looked at several options but could not find the full service I was looking for at a reasonable price. I found DB Cleaning Services right here on Yelp and I could not be happier! I loved the fact that they started with a deep clean to give us a clean slate, which they completed yesterday. We were thrilled with the results, especially all the nice touches they threw in (folding our kitchen towel in a very nice way, folding the toilet paper into a point, putting clean paper towels under our baskets in the bathroom). The place was spotless and put together so nicely. They really paid attention to detail, which I always appreciate. We just had our first appointment with DB cleaning. Since it was the first time we were having our house cleaned after moving in, we got the "deep cleaning" and we plan to follow up with a regular bi-weekly cleaning. First, dealing with the Alice and Rochelle at DB was such an easy and pleasant experience--positive, professional, and efficient. And then--the cleaning crew (5 people for this first cleaning) was absolutely amazing! Carlos was in charge and made everything go smoothly. We have some unusual features in our house with lots of wood everywhere, and Carlos made sure that each area of the house was cleaned thoroughly. They moved furniture, and even moved a lot of heavy boxes that we hadn't unpacked yet so that they could make sure the whole room was cleaned. Kitchens and bathrooms were immaculate. This company has been amazing! They came for the first deep clean with a larger team and did a great job getting everything to a good starting point and after a few more regular cleanings with alternating people, they started sending the same two women who I loved! Although all the teams that came did great cleanings, Taisha and Samara were by far my favorite pair! They were extremely patient with my excited pup that would greet them at the door. If I was working in the back room, they were very respectful of my space and meetings. They wrote sweet notes on our calendar wishing us happy holidays and they really felt like extended family. I will also say communications with the company are easy and reliable. They are quick to respond and very easy to work with. We only recently stopped services since I now have more time for the cleaning but plan on reaching back out to the company if anything changes. Definitely an A+ company! read more

We recently hired DB Cleaning for a move-in clean for our 5 bedroom home. 4 people arrived right on time for the scheduled cleaning and got right to work. They were so nice and very professional. It took about 4 hours to clean and it was SPOTLESS when they finished. We have an older home that had a lot of dust and they took care of every inch, baseboard, corner, etc. of our house. I was so happy with the quality of service that I have scheduled them to come monthly and probably eventually bi-weekly. Not only was the cleaning service superb, but working out the logistics (pricing, scheduling, etc.) with Rochelle was a great experience. My daughter gave me a gift of DB Cleaning Services. I work full time and was expecting a house full of guests and she thought it would take some pressure off of me to have the house spiffed up. DB is was SPECTACULAR!! I went off to work and, when I returned in the late afternoon, my house was immaculate. They washed floors, scrubbed bathrooms, changed sheets, got the pollen off of my Plantation shutters, cleaned my interior windows and scoured my oven and the inside of my refrigerator (!). Everything was gleaming (and I'm a pretty good house keeper to begin with--but what they did was extraordinary). I would call these folks again in a heartbeat. I first used DB cleaning when I moved into my new apartment and asked for a deep clean. They did a fantastic Job. They completely transformed the place, it's amazing what a good deep clean will do to the look. Since then I've been using their services Bi-weekly. I travel a lot and have a very strange schedule and they have been more than accommodating. I highly recommend these services to anyone who wants their apartment or house cleaned by professionals. Usually a team of two or three show up and are able to finish relatively quickly. They even came on thanksgiving, I had 0 expectations for this as I wasn't going to be home for a while, upon return I was surprised. I have medical issues that prevent me from financially and physically deep cleaning my house the way I would like. I received and used a DB Cleaning gift certificate that I was gifted. And it was one of the best things I did in the recent past. The girls who came were polite, professional, thorough, hard-working and diligent. They cleaned things I never expected and they left me and my house in a beautiful state. I wish I was in a financial position to have them come for regular cleanings. It's not that they are expensive, it's just that I don't have the finances right now for luxuries like cleaning services. I booked a detail home cleaning and I am ultra impressed with the results. Other cleaners/cleaning companies have done an "okay at best" job for me in the past, but nothing that impressed me (mostly leaving my house looking like I cleaned it myself). Will definitely use DB again. I was able to schedule a cleaning with DB in under a week. They brought four people to clean, with all their own equipment and supplies. I asked them to only clean bathrooms (1.5), kitchen and floors, but was looking for a really deep cleaning of those things. Took them about 2 hours with four people working, plus 1 extra hour with two people working to finish it off (total cost = $350). They did an amazing job. They even cleaned the fridge without my having to move everything out of it, and they pulled out the stove and cleaned the sides where a lot of junk seems to fall and get stuck. Very worth the price for a cleaning I plan on getting maybe once or twice a year. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding deep cleaning job that DB Cleaning Services did at my house. It was important that the house be cleaned well because I was in the midst of the closing on the house and new buyers would be moving in. DB Cleaning Services sent 4 people who immediately went to task -- cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, oven, and microwave. They pulled out the shelves in the kitchen cabinets, cleaned both sides of the shelves, and put them back. I called DB Cleaning after purchasing our first home and wanting to scrub down the walls and cabinetry inside and out. I called on a Friday and this amazing team was able to accommodate me that Monday. A team of 3 fantastic cleaners showed up exactly at 8am as promised. They got right to work and did an phenomenal job. All the cabinets both inside and out and all the walls from floor to ceiling were washed and cleaned. Reached out to DB cleaning to schedule a one time clean. Making the appointment was very easy and on the day of the cleaning a crew of 4 extremely friendly DB staff showed up right on time. My house has literally never been cleaner! They deep cleaned top to bottom including all of my appliances, I think the oven was cleaner than the day we bought the house. Bathrooms are sparkling, beds made, dust underneath furniture eradicated, floors mopped clean. The house smells amazing. Hired DB for full move in house cleaning at my daughters new home. . This company is amazing. The previous home owners had pets & were not the tidiest. I like clean & neat and that's exactly what you get when you have DB.
